We taken two rooms in hotel since their is no good or decent hotel in the area. This hotel just passes in the category of decent but nothing great to write about.  I had booked in make my trip and checkout time was 10.30 AM. I had just request to keep one room till 12 PM. However the receptionist was rude and did not have basic courtesy to respect since the booking was online. Nothing to write great about hotel and can be considered to for short stay. But do accept any hospitality from the people in hotel.  It is only surviving because their are no other hotel for competition. 

Surviving due to no competition 

I'm regular visitor of the restaurants in the neighbourhood. You will find many swagath chain of restaurants in twin cities. Now they changed the name to Kinnera or some thing. But good foodies should visit this place

Arriving late in the evening, problems started at checkin which took about 20 minutes, because nothing was computerized.  When we finally arrived at the room, I was shocked to see a completely bare room with nothing but one bed and two chairs.  A housekeeper had just started making the bed.  For the next 20 minutes or so, he brought in all the missing pieces.  I had to ask five or six times (with the help of my local friends) for the air conditioner contol.  Then the minibar was stocked. To add insult to injury, he demanded a signature on the minibar inventory.  And another receipt for the TV and A/C controls.  The room was a very gloomy inside room.  When I asked for the wifi password, it took the guy another 20 minutes to connect.  So after an hour and a half, I was finally left alone and felt like I had checked into the county jail.  I was so uncomfortable that I didn't unpack anything but my toothbrush.
I had already decided not to spend another night, but in the morning there were more disappointments.  The shower had no water (hot water is controlled by a switch, but there was no water at all!)  Breakfast scheduled for 7:30 didn't start until 8, with food still arriving at 8:15.

Worst hotel experience in memory

Attended a party and had  buffet lunch in the hotel.food is tasty and enjoyable.paneer butter masala was very tasty.limited buffet spread but items were delicious.good treat.good ambience.Feel like visiting again.

Nice food

Our stay was fairly pleasant. The staff  were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and provided the service.

The amenities were more than adequate. My wife and I are fully happy with our stay.

We were very hungry and looking for quick  bite but ended up with sumptuous treat.we ordered roti, malai kofta, paneer butter masala,jeera rice and finally ice cream.enjoyed food.Very tasty with right dose of spices.good service.

Sumptuous lunch

I had a prior reservation done for 16th & 17th December-18. The 1st horrific experience was a wrong address mentioned. The hotel is mentioned as next to Pallovi Hospital but actually it is next to Radhika Theatre,which is 2 kms away from Pallovi hospital. Imagine what happens at 5 am!. The room allotted(as a favor done!!) by a make-shift receptionist was a dingy non-ventilated room.
Food at the b/fast was good.The portion sizes of food during lunch was good. Taste too was good.
I was given a bill for one day's stay when I stayed for 2 days. That's definately something fishy happening at the front desk reception staff!
Overall , if the above issues are sorted- the stay could be better.

Very Very Ordinary Experience. Please double-check what you are being billed for!
