This is now under the name of Lost Hostels.

Spent two nights here in a 6-bed mixed dorm. Strongest point was value for money - only 400 INR/night inc breakfast.

Bed clean and comfortable, with good large lockers underneath (use own padlock). Dorm room very stuffy with limited ventilation (and no AC), unfortunately my top bunk wasn't covered by the standing nor ceiling fans. 

Bathroom bit grimy but acceptable. Shower pretty feeble.

Decent breakfast included - toast, eggs, bananas, even idli.

Staff friendly and helpful and communal areas well used. Apparently new AC is being arranged.

Budget backpacker hostel

I was here the first night! then I changed the city and before leaving I came back here again! the hostel is very clean! the staff very helpful and kind!I only paid 5 euros including breakfast! I would like it to everyone !!!

Very Clean and friendly! 

Stayed here for three days and found hostel staff friendly and helpful. Accomodation was acceptable and there were a range of backpackers . Nice rooftop chill out area which was also good to connect with other travellers and to relax at the end of a hectic day. 

Friendly, pleasing place

My friends and I had an enjoyable stay at Maritime. Our visit was last minute, just looking for a place to sleep. We rented two private rooms. The rooms were clean and good for the price. Each had Air con and its own private bathroom. I was unable to get the shower hot, but otherwise it was acceptable. The staff was very, very kind. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was provided, very basic: hard boiled eggs, toast, butter, jam, roti, and bananas. The kitchen was shared, so obviously not the cleanest...but that is to be expected when staying in hostels. Overall, a good stay.

Last minute stay

I stayed in Maritime hostel one night with my friend. This place a popular backpackers hostel with affordable prices. Season time the price is little high. The location is good and all the places to visit are in walking distance.
