I went for visa process. Easy located. Very comfortable so you can have good transport connectivity. Budget.. Polite staff. Recommended to take AC and carry good knight repellent and liquid you won't get sleep because of mosquitos which is worried.. 

Good for solo traveller.. Not recommended for family

Wost hotel . They don't know talk . And deal with customer's . They rise the price and give the different resion . So people plz be carefull.
They don't the hindi also if they know thy never talk. Or if they see old man or womens . Thy rise the rats.

Focus hotel

Rooms are small and very basic. Budget place for staying in a good location. Staff was good. The cleanliness and hygiene can be improved. 
We had to leave our bags here for 10 days and they had kept it till then, thanks to them.

Hotel Staff & owner is very rough,I have booked this hotel for my clients with Two 3 bed room with Full advance payment,
They are harass to my clients at time check into hotel, after 3hrs they have provide 101 & 201 Room in  Commode  are broken cant usable they dont change the room.Hotel are not safty, when my clients go for dinner with rooms locked, when back hotel they see room lock have opened staff dont bother to clarify.
Hotel room not for value, location, Terrible hotels staff, room , service, also not secured for family.

Most Worst and Bad accommodation in Chennai

Supposed to have 24 hr front desk, it DID NOT it was closed when I got there late at night.So I did not stay there.

The hotel is not very good at all. The rooms are dirty. Bathroom is very bad
The flush in the latrine was not working. The t towel given was bad. Not recommended for single or family starting over there.

The hotel is located very strategically. This is a strict no nonsense budget hotel. THERE IS NO WI-FI AVAILABLE. Room service doesnt bother unless you ask. If you are staying in an AC Room, they turn off the AC during early morning hours and then dont turn it on, unless you ask. The phone in rooms doesnt work, and you have to go down for everything you need. Overall, for a very, very tight-budget trip, this hotel would be OK. If you can afford a bit more, please look elsewhere.

Terrible Hotel in a Bad Neighborhood

I paid in full for 3 nights through Expedia and arrived to the hotel late around 12.30am. The staff who were working there confirmed that they had my booking details but proceeded to call the owner. The owner spoke to me over the phone in a rather strong and unprofessional tone telling me I had to pay in cash because he has nothing to do with Expedia. I told him I had already paid in full for the booking and that due to the cash problems in India I could not get hold of cash. He told me I had to pay and could pay in the morning. The next day the owner was there in person and told me aggressively that Expedia are bad company and he has nothing to do with them now and I have to pay him. I argued with him that he cannot demand I pay twice especially considering Expedia sent the booking confirmation through to the hotel and my credit card was charged. He was rude and persistent and I threatened to speak to the local police. At this point he backed down and waved me out of the hotel. I was able to continue my stay without paying twice but felt very uncomfortable. The hotel itself is very basic and you get exactly what you pay for. Wifi only works in the reception area and normally you have to ask them to turn it on. The two hotel employees were very nice and helpful although spoke little English. There are a ton of similar hotels around this area for 300/400 rupee per night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for the hardened budget traveller.
