This hotel is bang near candolim beach and is neat and clean.Good behavior of front office staff.the location is just superb with great hustle and bustle around.we had asked for a wake up request and it was well fulfilled by the front office staff

Excellent hotel best location

Had the fortune to visit this place earlier this year. It is situated in the perfect place in Candolim. The surrounding areas are appropriately good. The food options were decent and tasty. Should be enough for a decent stay.

Good place for tourists

Awesome location, right at the heart of Candolim beach , it's just a 30sec walk to the beach from the resort. Cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, neat and clean surroundings, friendly staff. If you are a beach person then this is just the right place for you without a second thought.

Breathtaking view, bang on location, delicious food, clean & hygienic, totally safe.

I had a visit with my husband for a short trip. The rooms here are excellent and the location is bang on the beach with hustle and bustle around. They have a good restaurant attached with them.the service is excellent.the service provided by miss sovanka is just superb.the housekeeping team is also great.all together excellent stay.

Great rooms with good location 

Awesome place to visit with very good staff and the food quality is also very good. The restaurant is amazing with live music. The location is very good as it is very near to candolim beach. The best part is that it is the complete package for friends and family to stay.

Location:Excellent.Walking distance from Candolim beach,Main road,market.
Checkin,checkout was hassle free.
Property is very well maintained.
The room was very spacious,very well maintained.
The staff was very cordial,helpful.
Excellent house keeping,room service,overall cleanliness is their USP.
The breakfast venue was lovely at Ministry of Grill which is a certainly a different  experience. A must visit. 
The hotel has a very well maintained swimming pool,with clean water.
Overall the stay was very comfortable with good value for money.
I would love to stay in this hotel during my future visits.

Awesome

Hotel location is great and very near to all the happening places and eateries. Staff was helpful and responsive. Though old property but the kind of money I paid it is value for money looking at the place where it is.

Goa Trip

Great value for money resort, stone throw away from beach, renovated rooms , effective air conditioning,  decent pool , surrounded by cafes, nightclubs and shopping all around

Brilliant location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast

The hotel is on best location just bang on famous candolim beach just few steps before this awesome beach rooms are neat and very comfortable pool is good the food part is awesome at their Restaurant named " Ministry of Grills Goa " service is very nice staff is always smiles on their faces nice experience 

Nice 

Pros: 
- Location. Right on the Candolim beach road, at a 2 mins walk from the beach.

Cons:
- The decor of the hotel and rooms is very old. I must say that the pics on booking sites are a bit deceptive. Doesn’t give you a good fresh feeling when you return to the room after a tiring day.
- Wi-Fi virtually doesn’t exists. It took 2-3 mins to load any website page. You might need to check where the routers are, and then ask for a room nearest to it. Jio and Vodafone networks are also weak. So if you have to rely on internet for any work then you have to look for some alternatives.
- We booked a room type as ‘Suite’ , but its just a single room, with attached balcony. Don’t know why do they have to present a false picture in front of guest by calling a room as ‘Suite’
- There were  small Cockroaches in the bathroom. The rod to hang clothes was broken as well.
- Most rooms are back facing, with no view as such. So try to get a road side room , that too on the 1st floor.
- Breakfast starts at 8.30 am, but when we went for breakfast at 8.40 am we were told that the Chef has not yet arrived, and even the seating area was not setup. This put our entire planning for the day at toss. They told that then can extend the breakfast timings by 15 mins. But if you start breakfast 45 mins late, you must extend the timings as well by 45 mins.
- The breakfast area is an adjoining hotel which is undergoing renovation. So we were sitting besides a worker who was plastering the wall, with dust all over.
- Breakfast included Bread Jam, Paratha/ Puri , Bhaaji, Omlett/ Bhurjee , Poha/ Upma. No coffee / Juice is available. I would recommend to skip the breakfast package, and head out to numerous hotels near by to have a breakfast of your choice and at your time.
- There was no hair dryer available (even when we checked at the reception).  I guess even if not in the room, it is very common these days to at least have a hair dryer in the hotel.
- They have Solar water heater. So during the day you get excellent hot water. During night if need be, then you need to adjust with the available water temperature.

My Take:

If you are looking for a stay at a good location at a low cost , and nothing else matters to you much, then look no further. You are at the right hotel. But apart from that , there is nothing much at this hotel.
