4 reviewsI stayed in Pisals Bhopal from December 17, 2012 till December 28, 2012, all in all I received excellent customer service from the staff, to give you an example I used to have 2 cups of tea everyday, after having the first cup I used to call the room service again for a second cup, in few days time I started noticing that they started sending the second cup immediately after my first cup of tea and also made it complimentary. Also, kudos to Manoj Pisal the owner of the hotel, he came personally to meet me if everything was fine, later I came to know that it was the owner himself. Also, the location of the hotel is so ideal its right in the Bhopal CBD. I fully enjoyed my stay and think that I paid far less compared to a similar room and service in some other hotel.
