What a find!!  This lovely 4 bedroom apartment was well located with local buses within a 5 min walk, a supermarket within 5 mins and local takeaways a little further away.   However with cooking facilities (a microwave, a hot plate, a kettle) all pots, pans, glasses and crockery, you were able to cater well for yourself indoors.  The pick up for the airport on the flybus+ drops you off and collects you outside the apartment.
The  tours for Northern lights, Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon had pick ups only a ten min walk away from us outside some other apartments.  
The apartment was clean, comfortable and easily big enough for 5 adults and 3 children.  
All correspondence was answered quickly and the access code to the apartments were emailed a week before we left.
I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing little find

There's no way to contact the owner without booking by Booking.com website and the final charge on my credit card had been 7€ higher than displayed on the reservation page. After booking and after few emails, I suddenly received a notification about the payment .. I immediately call by phone and his answer was: "the booking fee is unrefundable and I usually do like this" .. the reservation is not refundable but should I pay in advance so much time before staying??!
The apartament is fine but flexibility is not allowed; the location is not so close to city center. Mr Sirus is almost unpolite. Choose this solution if you can't find anything else.

I picked this guesthouse because I was looking at a precise area in Reykjavik and this was within walking distance.
I stayed in one if their apartment on the ground floor which is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom.
Although everything is Ikea style, making it a bit anonymous, the apartment is clean and well equipped.
Nearby there is a supermarket open 24 h that makes life easier even if you arrive late back in the place.
I would definitely recommend it; it appears to have a reasonable price/quality positioning.

Nice and clean

Lucky find. 8 of us needing accommodation for 2 nights, perfect. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, only hassle was the sloping ceilings as it was on the top floor which caught everyone out at some point. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge & all plates, cutlery. Laundry in the basement was a bonus with drier. As we had a car the distance from city centre wasn't a problem. Had to lug heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs. Only got hand towel sized towels. Great price, would happily return.

Amazing guesthouse, didn't want for anything 

T was our home away from home during our stay in Reykjavik.  Vry comfortable and close to everything.  Grocery shopping is just a 10 minute walk.  It's a short drive into the downtown and waterfront areas, and to many of the outdoor pools. 

The apartment was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, we prepared our own breakfast and dinner every day.  The are laundry facilites.  

The owners are very friendly.
