Excellent place to stay, I would definitely recommend. Very close to the beach and everything that Stalis has to offer. Perfect in every way! Friendly, clean, there's a lovely little bar and a very good snack menu. I vow to return one day soon🤞

Great hotel, lovely staff, rooms are very nice and modern, food and drink are reasonably priced and very nice.
Location is great loads of restaurants and bars just a short walk down the beach front.
First time in Crete we will definitely be back 🌞🇬🇷

First stayed here in 2002 and loved it then.  Fast forward 22 years and I'm still booking Villa Ritsa.

Lovely family run apartments, always a happy face serving breakfast from a smiling and very cheerful Polina.  Manos serving ice cold wine with a handsome smile later on.  The owner Minas is a darling.  Very smiling and happy chap.

Rooms incredibly clean and well serviced.  Showers utterly fabulous.  So powerful.  I had clean sheets and towels regularly so a big thankyou to the ladies who serviced my apartment.

The pool area is amazing.  Very comfortable and modern sun loungers.  Pool itself is spotless and the water is tested daily.  Snack bar has lovely snacks/lunches.  I can recommend the cheese omelettes!

Honestly.....this place is so lovely to stay.  Yes there's a bit of road noise but that doesn't annoy me one bit.

Looking at previous reviews there are the usual suspect "complainers".  Obviously nothing else to do but find fault.  Time wasters aren't they?  

Arrived at 11pm to be warmly welcomed with the choice of any drink really appreciated after a long day,got to the room and was pleasantly surprised it was a very good size with a separate bedroom, bathroom with a rainfall shower , all the basic needs for self catering, the staff are lovely people who will sort any queries, lovely pool area with really good sunbeds, the strip is only a 5 to 10 minute walk

I honestly love the Villa Ritsa.  This year marked my 21st year to Stalis.  Room was fab as always.  Powerful shower. Friendly staff and owner.  Great comfortable sun-beds!!!  Tasty bar snacks and always served with a smile.

We stayed at Villa Ritsa for 2 weeks in September and had booked a studio for three (room 107) even though there were only two of us.  The studio was so spacious and exceptionally clean and very well equipped.  Really comfy beds and clean bedding and towels every couple of days.  The bathroom was great with a powerful shower and there was always lots of hot water.  The pool and bar areas were always spotless and the staff were just so helpful and friendly.  We would definitely recommend Villa Ritsa and hope to return one day.

We have been back 3 weeks and have booked to stay again! We didn't know what to expect as it was our first time visiting Greece and our first time B&B. My husband and I stayed for 10 nights.
We arrived very late at night and we were offered a drink on arrival. Manos showed us to our room which was basic but clean and had what we needed, our bedding and towels were changed every other day. We had a 1st floor room with a huge balcony.
Villa Ritsa is in a great location just a short walk to the centre of stalis. The Greek taverns we visited were amazing. The food was out of this world everywhere we ate including the hotel. Manos and paulina work  so hard to make you feel welcome. All the public areas are spotlessly clean. We can't wait to return with our son. 

Beautiful place, loved every minute we were there, from Paulina greeting us on arrival to the sad day we left. Everything was clean and all the staff were great. Kalimera Paulina, Pós eísai hopefully we will return next year I will keep practicing 

Just came back from Villa Ritsa Stalis Crete AMAZING. As always, Minos and Staff are so friendly and helpful. Recently Refurbished fantastic location not far from bars, restaurants, and the beach have been staying here for over 20 years . 
So clean and nothing was too much trouble met loads of lovely people, 
Would Definitely Recommend.

Fantastic holiday, fantastic hotel.

Villa Ritsa is a beautiful hotel with great atmosphere and great staff Paulina and Manos who look after you very well. You leave as friends.
We stayed in number 3 which was a ground floor 2 bed studio and it was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows and an amazing bathroom/shower. 
The pool area was also spotlessly clean with really comfy sunbeds and beautiful pool.
The location was 5 minutes walk underneath an underpass to get to the sea and shops and restaurants. 
There is a main road next to the hotel but it didn't bother us its something you get used to and the positive to that is there is a bus stop 27 just outside the hotel which gets you to other resorts at a good price. 
There is a pool bar which Paulina runs in the day and Manos runs on the night  for drinks and food. We can recommend the food all we ate was delicious and good prices.
