Was looking for Accomodation at Sykia beach area, and got this offer, well it was last moment booking, so it cost 100€ per night for two rooms flat, with nice sea view large terrace. Private parking, large lawn, some kids corner. All at the road in front of the beach. Few concerns - the rooms are small 3x3meters. A/C is only at one of the rooms, hair dryer was not available initially, later they brought one. If you want to iron your clothes- must go down at the small house of the owners mother.

Short holiday

The place is dramatic- dirty, aged, full of insects. The first day the floor was covered by ants.  They were even in the fridge.  I was in the local super market in order to buy some cleaning and disinfecting materials.  Great start of a vacation.
I had a studio that was smelling of old items.  No fresh air inside for long time.  Nobody was trying to do it nicer because of the visit.
Internet is science fiction.  Available sometimes.
Water smells on mud and is dirty.  The studio consists of dining room with 2 beds and a tiny bedroom.  Only one air conditioning for both.
The bathroom is worn and rusty.  
It is amazing how they are in the best beaches and do not put an effort to make the place nicer.  Lazy dirty hospitality...

This is a shelter - never again

I stayed here with my 2 brothers and parents. We payed 80€ per night for an incredibly small apartment with 2 tiny rooms, altough they looked pretty big in the pictures that the owner sent us. Besides that, the owner's children always kept making A LOT of noise the whole day, you could barely sleep in the afternoon. Oh, and i forgot to mension that in the evening the owner had a lot of guests, making even more noise. There was a tiny tv in the room, but it didnt work cause the remote was missing. The only pro is the location, its right in front of the sea, wich is kinda awesome.
