Selina Kaminos is a beautiful place! The pool and the beach are stunning and the yoga is fantastic! We stayed in a besutiful family room and enjoyed the delicious restaurant food. The best part was the staff who made us feel like family. Constantina and her amazing reception staff Efi and Amila were so helpful and friendly. Leo and Tolis at the bar were amazing and Katarina's food was made with so much love. Thank you!

Paradise in Evia

If you can settle for a hotel which provides accommodation similar to rental apartments, go for it !

Dirty sheets ,no service at all , are only few of the experience you could have .

The pool is always full with screaming  children, the music at the pool bar quite loud , no one is responsible for the sun beds at the beach .

It is a pity to have a  beachfront property  with a picturesque landscape & waste it

What a location but lacks of operation management!

Terrible place. It's more like a youth hostel. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Nothing function in this place. When we entered the room there were no hot water (in two rooms we had), so they sent us to another room which also had no hot water. Power switches only work part of the time.
The place is near a grove - and because there are no nets on the window - the room is full of huge bugs.
The beach feels deserted with run-down furniture.
Around the building it's all neglected and miserable.
Although the staff are friendly - they are not trained to give even the basic services. We left after one day - and we are still waiting for a refund...

Second time here for summer vacation.  We thought that now that the management changed there will be some improvement regarding the services, but NO!  When we made the reservation we asked if there was a TV in our rooms, they assured us that there is but guess what, no TV. We booked a family room and asked for an extra bed because we are 5, and no extra bed was in the rooms upon our arrival.  The only staff was a receptionist who told us that she wasn’t informed about the extra bed, so we helped her unfold and make the bed.  The room was not ready to accommodate us.  Toiletries were missing and we had to ask for them to be refilled.  Probably they were not ready to open as Selina, but for sure they didn’t want to lose the summer season.  They only good thing is the pool but does not work properly with all facilities as, as we were informed there is some sort of leak.  

To make the long story sort, they need more staff to operate it and the staff should be experienced.

Last but not least tomorrow there will be a bbq party with 10€ entrance and loud music from 20:00-04::00, open to everyone even people that are not staying at the hotel.  

Maybe they should reconsider how they want to work the hotel and inform people in advance what is going on here

Selina Kaminos doesn’t know yet how to operate

We had been looking at this property for over 2 months and decided to finish our summer holidays here, having only managed 1 week this year.  I agree with many of the reviews - a lovely location - serene and with a positive aura. We arrived - checked in on our own - no one there. We had to shout for someone to come and were eventually shown to our room - I must say, a lovely room. And that is where the positive ends. Basically they were closing and were packing up around us. Breakfast was basic to say the very least. Stock taking going on in the bar whilst we were having breakfast. I decided to go for a swim - they were dismantling the umbrellas, collecting the tables, washing the mattresses..The pool had leaves floating in it. Never have I felt less welcome somewhere. We did them a favour and left.  Needless to say there were no apologies, or refund. The reason I am furious is quite simple. They could have told us they were closing and not to come... Such a pity.

Total Disappointment.

The aura of this place is awesome. The scenery is so peacefully beautiful. It is a real retreat. The rooms are over spacious and the manager and staff all too eager to assist you. I wholly recommend the experience of spending your vacation to Kaminos Resort. There are also beautiful day trips around the area like the Drymonas waterfall.

A real retreat in a most unique scenery

Arrived in morning and welcomed with cappuccinos - very nice.  Checked in but WiFi only works at Reception and then only a weak signal- not in room.  Pool is a nice area.  It is approx 3km from Limni along the road which we did once and back on foot - it was very hot ....
Breakfast was brought to us and we had cappuccinos and a plateful of ‘greek’ specialities.

TV and WiFi not in rooms - shame

Thanks Elias, Eva, Giovanna and Nico. Dear people after spending an unforgettable full week with you all.
Location: enough isolated, then very peaceful. Enough close to Limni for a jump (shopping or eating)
The resort: beautiful, like an opened fan to the swimming pool and the Aegean Sea.
Rooms: many options, we had 5 rooms from 3 different types and each one fitted the need. Well equipped, excellent maintenance. Poor lighting.
Parking in front of each unit.
Swimming pool: good size, temperature an location. Also, one for children.
Private beach, stones: 20 meters from the main house and 50 from my room.
Cleanness: 100%, perfect. Good towels.
Service: perfect. Always charming, friendly, full minded. Always someone is there for any need.
Food: good, not extraordinary, but the location for dinning on the seashore is uncomperable. The best Greek Salad we had all over the country.

Just perfect. I will be back.

The sea, the pool, the restaurant, the rooms, the breakfast are unsurpassed. Everything works allright. But Elias and his crew (Eva, Nikos...) are the soul of the system. Really exceptional people. We hope we shall return!

Exceptional

My family and I visited this resort on August 2018 .We stayed in the biggest suite of 65m2.Our suite was spacious enough for a family of 5.It had nice amenities and all standard conforts of a 4 star hotel.The owners and staff were really polite and helpful.The area of the swimming pool and the gardens around the old “kaminos”were amazing.The sunset views at the resort were stanning!!Also the restaurant in front of the sea was really tasty!I highly recommend this hotel!We made also the reservation for next August!
