Great host, arrived quickly to bring us into the apartment! Clean room with strong air conditioner for the hot Greece weather. Close walk to downtown

We had a lovely experience visiting Naias. Their hospitality is wonderfull and make you feel right at home. Everything is very clean and you can tell that they pay great attention to detail! The rooms are comfortable and provide everything you need. 

This was a really friendly hotel, their hospitality were on top and you felt very welcomed. The local beach was just about a 15 minutes walk from the apartment and the main street maybe 5 minutes away . All the necessaries in the kitchen was there and you can have a hot shower at any time. If I ever come back to marmaras, which I believe I will next year, I will for sure book my accommodation with this nice lady and her son again. 

Lovely accommodation in a perfect position. Situated about 5 minutes away from the small square and about the same in the opposite direction to the main square where you will find lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Beach is about 15 minutes walk but we like walking so that's fine. The owner was lovely and gave us lots of good advice and very kindly left us a bottle of very nice white wine in the room to enjoy. The balcony was big with a manual awning for shelter if needed. The rooms were specious, cleaned daily and air con was free along with safety deposit box and great wifi. 
What more can I say... 

We spent seven nights at Naias on our holiday in Halkidiki in May - June 2017.
The hotel excedeed by far our expectations though we knew it had a very good score on booking and tripadvisor.
The hosts are very helpfull and warm and made sure we had all we needed to have a pleasant  stay.
The room is big enaugh and had all the necessary items for the kitchinette , A/C, tv and a good wireless signal. It is also very clean and we had our towels changed daily and our bed sheets at list three times during our stay.
We also had a nice balcony where we had breakfast every morning.
The property is located at three minutes walk from the harbour / center where you can find a lot of stores and restaurants though on the shortes way back you need to climb a prety stip slope. It also  has a free parking lot at about 20 meters.
If in Nea Marmaras we definitely recommend Naias Hotel!

Just returned from these apartments after enjoying a wonderful week. I cannot rate this apartment more highly.  It is fantastic, spotlessly clean, everything you could want and more,  so many extra touches, air con, safe, toiletries,  hairdryer, everything. Thanos the owner cannot do enough for you, such a lovely young man. Excellent location,  within walking distance of everything.  Some fabulous beaches.  I cannot think of one negative regarding this property it is fabulous.

Nice location, it's preferable to have car for beach. The owners are very helpful.
I had a flat tire and they helped me with trip and fix and was free of charge.New apartment with all new supplies. will come again
