Absolutely loved this Villa, my family and I had the best time here.  Alex and the host where amazing and we couldn’t of asked for more, fresh bedding was delivered half way through our stay and the villa was lovely and clean.  We liked it so much we can’t wait to book next year. 

We booked a villa for a weekend and it approved a great choice. Easy accommodation for 3 couples and a little child. Great time at the pool which was big enough for all of us. The house was beautiful decorated with all the convenient that someone could ask. Pretty quiet place , isolated from the sounds and noise of the vibrant island.

Very clean house that was fully equipped. Big yard, suitable for families with small kids. The pool also very clean and heated. The staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend it. I would visit it again. 

We were 3 couples and a child and stayed in a villa for 2 nights!!
The house is all new, luxury, equipped with everything a house needs, the pool is also very clean!!
A very quiet place to spend sometime to rest or to spend time with your friends in privacy!!
Mr Nikos and mrs eirini were available for anything we needed all the time

We have been visiting Rizolia villas for the past few years and once again returned in May 2019, we have always been very happy and content with the facilities.

The villas have all received a refurb recently so now have brand new fitted kitchens which includes a dishwasher, new bathrooms, and internal and external furniture, new interior lighting and a washing machine plus an alarm.

I must say it all does look and feel pretty smart, fortunately the villas themselves have lost no charm. 
The communal areas and gardens are still maintained to a high standard and now  look more established and pretty.

Lithakia is a quiet part of Zakynthos which enables you to relax easily.

A short driveaway will bring you to the very attractive small resort of Aghios Sostis and the more lively resort of Laganas a little further still is Tsvilli which is very popular resort.

The beauty of self catering at Rizolia Villas enables you to mix with the locals and have a slice of Greek life, shopping at the supermarkets dotted around.

We book our stay through TUI who at the time or writing this review have not updated photos of the refurbished areas.

What a beautiful set of villas.  We booked earlier in the year at a bargain price for villa, flight and a car for the week. 
The villa had been recently re furnished and was very well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.  There is much needed air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The pool was just perfect, we had so much fun. I cannot recommend this place enough.  There is Dennis Taverna approx 10 minutes walk up the hill who serve delicious food. 

We loved this place and would go back again.  It is only 10 minute drive from the airport passing rwo supermarkets on the way.  



We went for a week with friends, I would go back tomorrow. This place is a hidden gem in the beautiful Island of Zante.

We travelled with TUI, met by the rep Anthony at the airport. Gave us great advice and directions to get there. We had a car booked, upgraded for four of us and bags, plenty big enough to take all. It took a while to sort the car, but once ready and on our way we were soon at our home for the week.

The journey was about 15 minutes, considering it was so close to the airport, we rarely heard anything. The villas are set in a valley of olive groves and farmland - it was heaven. Peaceful and tranquil, it was so quiet and relaxing. We rarely heard our neighbours, maybe just luck. 

Our accommodation was just lovely, recently refurbished it was top quality. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms have aircon, much needed in the heat there. The pool area has sun loungers and there is an airer outside for your wet gear.

Location is good, so quiet but close enough for noise if you want it. Laganas is about 6 minutes drive, considering so close the only sign you hear is the occasional quad bike. There is the Dennis Taverna an easy 10 minute walk. Ice cold beer and food is good.

There have been a few security concerns - we had absolutely no issues. There are shutters for all doors and windows and an alarm system we did not use. The safe in the upstairs bedroom was good, we used for passports etc.

During the stay we wanted to bbq, spoke to the couple who live on and managed the place, who produced a bbq later that day - can’t fault the service.

In all, we absolutely loved this place. It is quiet, well kept and has given us a lovely break. Would definitely visit again.

We got a real bargain on this villa early in the season. The villa has obviously been recently refurbished as everything was brand spanking new.

The villa itself is lovely, stone built with lots of character. The heated pool is a real bonus as the water in unheated pools can be cold this early in the year.

The island itself has limited tourist appeal although there are nice parts in the north and north east.

We had a lovely week and I would certainly recommend this set of villas. 

Definitely need a car however as there is not a massive amount in walking distance.

This was a family holiday for my Wife and I, our Daughter, her Husband and our two Granddaughters aged 3 and 6. Having read previous reviews we had mixed expectations but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how quiet, clean and ready the villa was. I say ready because we were not meant to arrive before 4pm but actually arrived at near 1pm and were in the pool by half past. This was booked through Villa Plus and our Villa was Enea, with a vehicle hired through Villa Plus from EuroHire. Flights were by Norwegian Air and pretty good by today's low cost standards.
The location of these Villas is excellent being only a couple of minutes from the main road and under 10 minutes from Agios Sostis. There is a small supermarket about 10 minutes walk away for daily needs. A piece of advice that when driving from the Airport there is a Lidl on the right hand side shortly after turning onto the main road, advertised as being closed on a Sunday but was open on Sunday 3rd of June 2018 and had a sign saying open Sundays.
All in all we had a great time, kids loved the Pool which was excellent, went to Dennis Taverna and a couple of Tavernas in Agios Sostis. Did not have a bad meal at all.
Also some concerns have previously been expressed about the security of the properties. Well, they have excellent metal shutters and quite sophisticated alarm systems now giving us great peace of mind.
On the down side the downstairs bathroom could really do with a new shower head! as the existing one is frankly next to useless. Also the downstairs bedroom has one of firmest mattresses I have ever slept on and did start to give me a bit of back stiffness towards the end of the week. The air conditioning however was excellent but is only in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is a little tired and would benefit from new worktops but all the appliances were working ok.
All in all we had a great time and would consider going back which I suppose is the best review you can give.
