It is an excellent location. The yard is awesome. The room is very clean. Is very close to the beach. There are a couple of tavernas right to the beach. Everithing is wonderful. And most of all, the hosts, Dimitris and Eleni are very kind, respectful, nice and lovely people...wonderful people...We will miss them !!! It was such a pleasure to stay at your villa Dimitris. 

Wonderful !!!

Our stay at Villa was great! Most friendly and kind host, a wonderful person (we are so sorry we did not say farewell, as we were in a great hurry not to miss our plane). The house is located in most beautiful mediterranean garden. Our room was very comfortable, with a little terrace facing the garden. We also had a tiny kitchenette and fridge and a comfortable bathroom. Everything was very clean and functional. Villa is very close to the sea and the waterfront with tavernas. Keri area is peaceful, quiet and very pretty. I highly reccomend this place, specially for couples and nature lovers.

Calm vacation in beautiful garden.

Studio/Apartment and garden are beautiful. The owners are friendly, helpful, nice, lovely people. Really close to the Beach, Restaurants and supermarket. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Parking space avaliable

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Phoenix apartments.  The property has beautiful gardens and the proprietors are really helpful and friendly.  The studio apartment we had was very pretty and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Property To Stay

We booked our room a few months in advance and got a great deal on this place. The room was perfect, clean, and beautiful. The grounds were amazingly gorgeous- it seems as though you are in a secret garden when entering the gates. The location was perfect as it was on a side road and the walk to the beach was only about a minute long. The owner and staff were very friendly and we even spent some time talking with the owner on the beach. Great guy!

The Perfect Oasis on Zante

Situated a in a quiet lane about 100 meters from the Quay side, Phoenix studios and apartments are an ideal place to relax.   Limni Keri is also a good location to explore the rest of the island from. 

In May we stayed here for two weeks.  We had an upstairs apartment that had a large balcony, ideal for eating and relaxing.  It also provided nice garden and a sea views.  
Our rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable and we also had the use of an outside patio area with comfortable chairs and parasol.  The kitchenette offered basic cooking facilities with one large and one very small hot plate.   Our hosts Dimitris and Eleni were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay and helped to make our holiday very enjoyable.  

Limni Keri itself has a small quay area decorated attractively with fishing and pleasure boats.  There are a good number of tavernas, shops and café’s to enjoy.
If you are looking for somewhere special to eat – try taverna Botsalo in Marathia  - great food and wonderful views out over Laganas Bay.  If you like delicious cakes and pastries with wonderful coffee – try the patisserie/café  – relax in one of their comfortable chairs and tantalise your taste buds!   

The beach here is small and narrow but mostly sandy.   You can hire a car or pleasure boat from here and there is also an ATM in one of the waterfront shops.  We found driving on the island easy with very little traffic during May.   

There are some beautiful areas close by to explore:  The Marathia hills offer good walking and lovely views over Laganas Bay.   Keri village is nice and try to visit the lighthouse here to witness a glorious Sun Set. 
There are many small villages to enjoy as you travel from the south of the island to the North via the west coast.  Loucha and Giri in particular offer a perspective of how life has been for many years in these hill top villages.   On the East Coast Zakynthos Town has an interesting history – visit the Library to view pictures of the 1953 earthquake and pop into the Byzantine museum to view the religious artefacts that were recovered after the earthquake.  Walk up to the old castle and gain wonderful views of the harbour.  There is a lot to see and do on Zakynthos – it just depends on what you want from your holiday.  We wanted to relax, enjoy the flora and fauna, take in some scenic walks and learn about the culture of the island.   For us, Limni Keri was a great location that provided everything we wanted and our Phoenix apartment provided the perfect base to explore and enjoy the island.
