Excellent service from Memi & Eirini & amazing value for money in an extremely relaxing authentic Greek village location of Poros, by the sea. It's an interesting port area, with lots to watch. A few good bars & tavernas within 5 - 10 mins walk. We stayed for 2 weeks in Petros studios & we would definitely recommend a car to explore, Memi provides this. No public transport at all. They have an airport transfer service. Kitchenette is basic, but fine. Our studio balcony with 2 views over the village, port & sea was my favourite spot for my morning coffee watching the sunrise. Swimming pool was perfect temperature & size & I had it most days all to myself with very comfy modern sunbeds. However, most of all it is the people who run these studios that are the absolute best!! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday & hope to see you next year. 💚💚 Flossy & Erik 

Excellent in all ways

Lovely typical Greek apartments with fabulous owners .  
Immaculate apartments with air conditioning & safety deposit box included.  Beautiful pool with very comfy sun beds . 
In a great area with the sea , beach and many restaurants & bars close by.

Fabulous holiday

A lovely place to make a base for your holiday in Kefalonia, made even better by the hospitality of the host......Memi.
Both the place and the rooms are spotlessly clean, unpretentious basic good quality accommodation.
Good comfortable room with all the basics provided, if anything else is required, we needed a hair dryer, it was provided by Memi. 
The pool and sunbeds are lovely and always kept to the highest standard, the sea just across the road and the sunrise a must to watch from the balcony.
I would recommend this place as fantastic value for money, from the time you are collected from the airport (small charge) to the time you are delivered back to the airport. 
I visited with my partner, but imagine it would be equally good for a family group.
Visited during Covid.....strange times, but everything is well managed here safety of paramount importance - insistence on wearing masks where appropriate, in the transport for example.
In conclusion the rating on this site are spot on and I would recommend without question. Thanks Memi for a stunning stay.

Remains a little Gem......

Petros Studios is run my Memi Sarlis. Memi cannot do enough to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
For us, lovely room which has all the essentials and is spotlessly clean.
Memi arranged our Airport collection and return, our scooter for the week, and provided any information or advice we could have wished for.
This place is close to the town (easy walk), yet just the right position to avoid being right in the centre. 
Poros is ideal for exploring the Island and a lovely retreat for the evenings, great beach, nice Tavernas, supermarkets, etc.
My second stay and for sure not my last, cant wait to return.

Just returned from a 2 week stay in Petros Studios, Poros - A special thank you to Memi. If we could recommend any higher - we would do. 
The studio and the whole establishment, including pool was impossible to fault.
Memi arranged our collection from the airport (at reasonable cost) all good.
On arrival a swift check in, even though we were circa 23:30 arriving.
The following day we asked Memi to recommend a bike hire place, she did - even arranged it for us by phone.
Throughout the whole holiday Memi was there to help, if needed, even if only to welcome us back after our days touring around.
You can book this place with total piece of mind, it ticks all the boxes.
We will return next year without doubt - why would we want to stay anywhere else?

Memi and Petros are the best hosts ever.apartments in great location lovely immaculately clean rooms.Swimming pool a massive bonus..we also hired a car from memi,the car was brand new..we both had one of the most relaxed holidays ever.will definitely return, and highly recommend... So Relaxing.

Booked direct via the Petros Studios webpage and Memi Sarlis (proprietor) even arranged transfers from the airport for us as part of the deal, E-mail communication was excellent. We had booked 2-rooms as our daughter and her partner had come on holiday with us - both rooms were very clean, had a lovely partial sea view from the balcony, air conditioning (free) a mini safe and the usual 2-ring electric cooking hob, fridge, and crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you would expect in Greece for a self-catering room. Beds were large and very comfortable and the rooms contained a wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table with plenty of power points.
The pool was very clean, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas  - there was also a large bar-b-que area that was available for us to use, although we didn't bother. The stony beach/sea was literally just across the road, 50yds away from the Studios, and we were glad of our beach shoes. We searched for the best swimming spots. We enjoyed that we could both swim in the sea and the pool very readily without taking a lot of stuff with us to the sea. Best clean pool we have ever seen - special filtering system works regularly and there is a special floor and wall robot which cleans the pool meticulously at night. Memi  is so friendly, helpful and hard-working.....a joy to meet and chat. She changed towels & sheets every 4-days and "refreshed" the rooms every 2-days at an agreed time in the morning that suited us (we opted for 10.30am). Poros is quite a small place and quite quiet when we were there in first two weeks of June, that suited us perfectly. 3 Supermarkets, 2 Bakeries and 2 Fruit & Veg shops plus a sprinkling of tourist/souvenir shops, and a harbour. We tended to use Leonidas Supermarket that was about 400 yds from the Studios, because they deliver your shopping to your apartment door for free, spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. A number of Tavernas in town and along the short walk into town - all very good, but would particularly recommend Taverna Dionysius run by Costas and family and Taverna M'anavis where they had live Greek music on a Saturday night. Would also recommend Taverna Agrapidos for the truly fantastic views over Poros harbour/town - a bit of a trek to get to without a car! Found the people in Poros to be very friendly. 
Petros Studios have cars available for hire and we arranged to hire one of these from Memi for 3-days at a very reasonable rate so that we could visit other places on the island. Went to Skala with its fantastic long sandy beach, Argostoli to see the wild turtles in the harbour there and across on the car ferry to Lixouri. Also visited Sami and Myrtos beach - all very well worth a visit. Went on 2 day cruises from Poros harbour with Hermes Cruises - fantastic day visiting Ithaca.
Overall we would highly recommend Memi and Petros Studios and if visiting Kephalonia would definitely stay there again. 10/10

Fantastic

Petros Studios are run by Memi Sarlis who works very hard to make sure you have a good holiday. The Studios are clean and of good size, we had a balcony with a partial sea view it was ideal. If you intend cooking for yourself then you would have a problem as there is only a double hob and only a few utensils. This did not worry us as we only had breakfast on the balcony (yoghurt, fruit and honey) and on occasions we made sandwiches. 
The bonus was a very well kept swimming pool which was not used by many guests so on days when we wanted to chill we had the pool to ourselves.
Memi also has a small car rental business with two small, two medium and one family sized cars. They were reasonably priced.
Restaurants and shops were only a short walk along the seafront to the centre of the village. Locals were very friendly and we felt very comfortable and safe. Poros is not a disco type place to go to it is laid back and most bars had the usual 7pm till 10pm happy hour and there was a good choice of restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was Steki best night is Friday when they cook marinated pork on the spit which is superb when preceded by mussels cooked in Ouzo
