Absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely place, hosts very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and good. Daily cleaning service by the host was amazing, everything was tidied up and kept in place. Good little kitchenette and fridge very handy too

6 night stay

We had a most enjoyable 4 night stay at the Konstantinos Apartments, as far as location goes it’s perfect for exploring Cephalonia , bus stop 2 minutes walk with cheap & easy fares , we visited Sami (€1.80)….Fiskardo (about €5 from Sami, less from Agia Effimia I guess as it passes through)& Myrtos beach which I think was €1.80 & a connection with minibus down to Myrtos I think €1.50….so cheap & easy to see the island even without a vehicle…..the apartment met our needs perfectly & the owners despite a small language barrier were lovely….serviced every day & really clean, nice hillside/village view from our balcony….bed very comfortable no noise issues..good air con only negatives being slightly sketchy WiFi & small shower stand with ineffective shower curtain…but no biggie….Agia Effimia is a lovely village with enough good restaurants & tavernas to eat out at a different place every night for a week or two… we tried several for breakfast/ lunch & dinner & never had a bad meal, definitely could recommend to any & all if looking for reasonable priced clean well located accommodation & would return in a heartbeat

Fantastic location, friendly owners

When we visit Kefalonia we come here because we are so happy with the service we get from Christina. 

The apartment is always clean and there’s usually fresh flowers left for us. 

Kostas and Christina are very kind and friendly, making every possible effort to ensure we are happy during our stay.  

There’s a kitchenette with a two ring cooker, fridge, a basin, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare and eat a meal. 

We have a en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. The bed is large and comfortably sleeps two people. 

There are plenty of supermarkets and other shops to cater for anybody’s needs and there’s also a varied selection of tavernas and cafes, all are within easy walking distance of Konstantinos Apartments. 

There’s plenty of stunning scenery to gaze at from the balcony - swallows darting in and out of the rooftops, birds of prey circling the mountains above the village (or bring binoculars for a better view) and you can hear the cry of the Scops owls on still nights. 

We love Agia Efimia best because it is central on the island and a perfect place for exploring the entire island by car. 

We feel very happy to have found this place to stay and would never consider going anywhere else in Kefalonia. 

Centrally Located Studio Apartments

My flight was late and I didn't get there until past midnight - I was met with a hug and fresh long stem roses in my room. well equipped and great location in the centre of town. I couldn't fault any part of my stay here

Fantastic apartments

A basic accommodation, comfortable, clean and right in the heart of Agia Efimia, an adorable town with many great restaurants and a central location on the island. Kristina is helpful and always around in the mornings.

Basic, cute town and everything you need

This is the second time we have stayed at Konstantinos Apartment. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which is very spacious, clean and with plenty air con units to keep us cool in the mid summer heat. Christina couldn't do enough for us and any request was met with a smile and a 'no problem'. Perfect location one street back from the lovely harbour front of Agia Efimia with ample parking available on the side street. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and I'm looking forward to returning next year.
