This is a budget hotel even though specified as 4 star. Small Rooms, poor infrastructure. No Wifi connectivity in the room. Average hotel. Location is good as we can see the Meteora. Hotel photos and reviews will obviously mis guide travelers. 

Average budget property

A great surprise was waiting for us (we booked for our wedding anniversary), when we entered our room! Roses and decorations and wine. The location was excellent, staff very polite, variety of food for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel in Kalambaka.

Very nice hotel!

Good location and spacious room, but the bed was very uncomfortable and unsteady. They weren’t finished updating their systems during our stay since the room had an actual key to it. Someone (NOT staff) also tried entering the room, which looked to be very easy for that person to accomplish thanks to the old system.

Stayed here only for 1 night, but really enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful choices of buffet. The hotel is on the major shopping street, where prices are quite agreeable. Bought most of my souvenirs here. The room was spacious, the AC not loud, plenty of blankets for everyone. You can see the Meteora mountains from the street next to the hotel. 
I would stay here again; especially considering my experience in a hotel in Athens, this by far is a star!

Being there at 9-11 March 2019 with a group of tourists .
The Hotel is located at a very convenient point to walk over Kalambaka, and has two facades /sides ,the east and the west.
That means the west facade has the 70% of the Sun path as the east one is viewing the Meteors ,blocking at the very morning the Sun ...but giving an impressive view ..for the last floors by the roof.
We had a 1st floor corner room that was a little narrow  with a balcony at the westside of the hotel facing a small playground park and the streets. Not any particular noises.
The lighting was poor even with eyeglasses was dificult to read, the tv set was old and the reception a few channels was poor.

The WC had a bath tub but the bathroom accessories were located in unhealpfull spots.
The closet was tiny for a 2 bed room and there was not a bench for the suitcases..giving extra fatigue to bend over them..
Heating over air conditioning and radiator with a thermostatic jack.
The Dining room was ok and the buffet adequate and tasty.
Helpfull staff.
Parking by the yard on the west side and on the road.

A relative good place to stay

Rooms are uncomfortable; and cleanliness is, at best, average. Poor maintenance: falling wall-painting; only a couple of TV channels worked and they were is Greek, ... . On the other hand, staff were helpful and the hotel is situated in a small town (Kalambaka) ; probably one should not expect that hotels there would be at the same level as hotels in Athens or big cities. I would not recommend this hotel.

Definitely Not a four stars hotel

Stayed here 1 night while on the 2 day train tour of the monasteries from Athens.  The room was clean but yes needed some TLC. The beds were neither down or memory foam but for a night serviceable. The dinner buffet was so so but each of the 3 of us found something we enjoyed.  The breakfast buffet was better than dinner and offered many options.

The staff at the hotel is what stood out to me.  They could not do enough to help you and find whatever you needed.  We were having a problem getting in touch with our tour company and they made the call for us. I rolled my ankle and the young lady at the front desk Nicos, I believe that was her name went out of her way to get me bags of ice to help the swelling.  

Sometimes it's just the service that gets the 4-5 stars.

Good for an overnight

me n my groups of 15 are the only customer here.. the hotel look olds.. so do the room.. a bit gloomy and feel sad that our travel agent choose this hotel.. bed a bit old...  the restaurant was nice as they tried to fill our requesy for halal food. thanks for that.. the view from rooftop was nice.. we can se the few peak of meteora. other than this was so so ...
