It shows that it is a 4-star hotel, but in reality it is not even a 1-star hotel. The conditions are terrible, the bathrooms are dirty.
Every evening the shower water was cold. There were small flies and cockroaches everywhere. I don't recommend it. 
The only best thing was the location, it was near the beach. 

1 star hotel

This is not at all a 4 star hotel. Don’t spent you money here if you want to rest on a holiday.

1. When we arrived at the hotel they sent us to another hotel for the first night. We were not the first ones they did this. It seemed as a routine as we also met other people at the hotel who said the same story. The hotel they sent us was 15 minutes walk further from the beach and classified as a 3 star hotel. With this being said we lost 24 hours of our trip to Rhodes because of hotel management. No compensation was offered and when we asked they said why we didn’t ask earlier.
2.  My wife forgot her Shirt at the hotel we were sent the first night. When we asked to have it back they said we have to go and pick it up ourself. This is horrible service.
3. They will not clean your room, bring clean bed lines or towels. I asked for them to be changed twice during our stay for almost one week. First time the reception said they will pass the message to the cleaning team. They had not passed it as I went and asked them personally to clean our room and bring clean towels. Second time we left the hotel at 9 to go to the beach, and came back at 3:30. They told us they would clean the room but didn’t. We had to wait 45 more min for the reception to pass the message to the cleaning people and get in our room and clean it. The managers excuse was that they clean rooms until 8pm and it was not our turn yet and they only clean a room once in three days.
4. Tiny bathrooms. The bathroom was about 1.6 meters with 1.6 meters. Sink was very small, just for two hands. No door for the shower cabin. The bathroom would get flooded in one shower.
5. Bugs and ants everywhere especially in the bathroom. We had to kill some everyday.
6. A 4 star hotel with mold in walls. Check the pictures below. 
7. Food was poor. We spent more money eating outside.

I come from another country who is a top destination in Europe and this hotel would never qualify as a 4 star hotel. Max it would qualify as a Motel or Inn that has a pool outside and offers food. All I am saying is based on my experience with Evita Elite.

ELITE in being the worst 4 star hotel I have ever visited 

This is a very honest review! (There from 21st to 31st August 2023) We were put in this hotel as the one we booked into had overbooked. The reception and restaurant staff are fabulous. Very helpful and always happy to help. It is very well situated for the beach and Faliraki.
We were here with family, our son, his partner and there young son. The rooms are totally inadequate! Incredibly small, no wardrobe and just 2 small drawers. The fridge was between the double and single beds, in front of the bedside shelf, this went off when you left the room with your key card!! To say it was in the way is an understatement. We couldn't open the curtain because the single bed was tight against it and there wasn't room to move it out a bit because of the fridge!! There is nowhere to put suitcases, and as there are no wardrobes you are having to live out of them. 
The bathroom......if you sit on the toilet your knees are under the sink! Sit sideways and you are touching the shower! The shower is very small and was not very clean, soap scum and mould around the door. There is also no ventilation which, for such a small space is definitely needed.
We were there for 10 nights and housekeeping came to the room three times!! One of those we had to ask for. 
Food was not that brilliant, consequently even though we had paid all inclusive we ate out a lot. As there were a lot of children it would have helped if they had a children's menu.
There are no fire exit signs or procedures, and the door that leads to the fire escape ladders was locked!! We only saw one fire extinguisher and that was in reception. Not a lot of help when there are 3 floors!
There are no safety deposit boxes. We looked on their website and a lot of the things that were missing were said to be available.
We were really disappointed with the whole experience and it certainly put a damper on our holiday.

Not what we paid for!

Don't believe everything u read..go see for your self! So we did!! after a delayed flight arriving past midnight we arrived to be greeted by michael(receptionist) who was polite,welcoming and helpful.As we missed the evening meal,the hotel made us some sandwiches to make sure we ate and some bottled cold water .which was very much appreciated.
Entering the room it was clean and spacious,plenty of room for 2.we had double bed and also a single.view wasn't the best,over looking main street but we wasn't planning on being in the room much, beds comfy and Aircon(free not like most places) was definitely a bonus as the week went on 45+degrees.
Room was  cleaned everyday.
Entertainment every day from 10am at the pool, mainly for kids but everyone got involved .the 3 young ppl that were doing Entertainment was fab, they was there on and off from 10am till 10pm, everyday.mainly spoke in Greek and Polish but very good English also..
All inclusive food. Not to  everyone's taste but u always found something to eat.and in that heat the Greek salad became a favourite. You got breakfast, lunch ,afternoon snacks and tea...also ice-cream all day.along with free bar from 10am..local beers and spirits and a few cocktails..couldn't complain 😉. 
Would I stay again...absolutely. .
The staff here are new, it's a whole new team so I think bad reviews came because of this..like anywhere with a new team,time is of the essence..there still learning themselves..but where polite,helpful and very friendly .so would like to thank chef,bar staff and receptionist for being amazing...big shout out to MANO..VASSO..GLANNIS .CET AND MICHAEL .5stars from us for the amazing hospitality.

Fab,don't belive all the bad reviews..

I read all the reviews and decided to ignore them as I like my own opinion and I'm so glad I did.... the food is fab yes okay they didn't sign it but you can clearly tell what it is ..... as for the location its amazing a short walk 10 mins max into Falaraki and literally 5 mins to the beach ... the room are cleaned every day and can't fault them at all.... the waiters was amazing with us and always cheerful and smiling one apologised to me today for keeping me waiting whilst he cut a new fresh peace of beef up which was I will add delicious...if your wanting a holiday that's both relaxing and staff very helpful then this is for you .... the entertainment staff work hard in keeping you entertained from 10am in the morning till 10pm no its not the ritz but I have paid a lot more money to stay in worse hotels.... this place does not deserve the poor rating ... thank you for making our 1st visit to Rhodes  perfect:)

Amazing holiday would Deffo come back

Farmed off here from the over booked Evita Bay. Wasps. More wasps. Then more wasps. My wife and I suffered multiple (15+) mosquito bites on the first night. A local shopkeeper informed me the locals are in a battle with the hotel due to their poor drainage systems since the renovation and a significant increase in mosquito bites in the surrounding area. Old fridge dumped next to the bar. Tiny room. Very poor wifi, No wardrobe, non working fridge at the end of the bed, and a leaking toilet. Bathroom lights didn't work. A bit of an issue with no bathroom window! Hairdryer was hung on the wall in the bathroom above the sink. Electricity and water don't mix. Overall shocking experience. DO NOT BOOOK ANY Evita hotel as you will most likely end up here.

Wasps, more wasps, mosquitos (ridiculous amounts, leaking toilet, shocking food. Be warned

As per most of the reviews we DID NOT AND WOULD NOT choose this hotel to spend our hard earned money on. We were placed here as Evita Bay or Loveholidays had overbooked, REOCCURING THEME AND PATTERN how are these scammers getting away with it? Its theft and false advertisement, we paid for a 4* all inclusive stay  and were provided with this filthy dirty hotel where health and safety clearly do not exist. Wires hanging from walls, smoke alarms not working, rooms tiny with no storage and not cleaned properly, we had to buy our own loo roll its that bad and most of staff rude. Subsequently found out that a number of staff not paid their wages - DISGUSTING way to run a business. Food and drink just awful, very little choice and nothing labelled so goodness knows what was on offer.  Spending money taken had to be spent on eating out in resort. Complaining to staff useless - no one bothering or caring - our monies were in their hands so why would they.  Total scam between Loveholidays and Evita, they take money for services they cannot and do not provide and then pass you back and forward each blaming the other.

THE WORST - DO NOT BOOK, SCAMMERS

This is the second Evita Elite Hotel tripadvisor page to cover up all the Terrible reviews of this place. We stayed at the end of July 2022 - not by choice, our Evita Bat hotel was overbooked. At Evita Elite, the hotel "renovations" are ongoing, the hotel is not finished. It is just a terrible place, the staff are very aggressive, see photos on the other Evita Elite page of restuarant manager screaming in the face of guests. Totally unacceptable. The cleaners were rude, the food is bad and will not cater to any dietary requirements, the rooms were unfinished and not properly furnished, we didn't even have a proper shower. Disappointed at every single opportunity. Do not stay with any Evita hotel.

Do not stay in an Evita hotel

We were moved to this hotel because  our original Evita hotel had  been double booked. The bar staff and the cleaners were very good and helpful. This hotel is not fully finished and it is badly organised. The elderly man who is the chef was verbally abusive and aggressive. His staff told us he treats them badly too and the management don’t listen to their complaints about him. The manager of the neighbouring Evita Mare was very helpful but I would not recommend staying at the Evita Elite.

Avoid completely.

We got transferred here after booking 7 nights at the Evita Resort we were told we had to spent 2 nights at the Evita Elite. The food was not labelled at all so if you had an allergy you could not avoid any food to your knowing. The pool area is tiny and all sun beds were broken, there was not enough sun beds. The receptionists were very rude and not helpful. We did not eat in this hotel we spent all of our money on eating out as the food was appalling.
