We stayed for four nights in the Seegold room with lake view. Spacious room. Comfy large bed, large balcony, fridge, nespresso. All very modern and absolutely spotless!
Breakfast was excellent in a lovely sunny room or outside. Good choice and good quality food served by friendly staff.
The pool was a welcome treat during very hot weather. Again modern, super clean and a sauna and infrared cabin as extras.
Gowns and slippers provided in room. Parking directly outside and a garage for our rental bikes was good.
The little village is a great place to stay. The hotel is in the heart of it with plenty of good quality restaurants, pubs and eiscafes nearby. The harbour is very close and the network of lake ships is a great way to explore the area. 
I recommend taking or hiring a bike as the cycle paths are extensive, relatively flat and very pretty. Bikes can be taken on the boats too. The spa at Meersburg is worth a visit but can be very busy at weekends. 
The local wine is superb.

Delightful hotel in lovely area of Lake Constance

Found this hotel by accident as whole area was busy due to a large event in Friedrichshafen.  Turned out to be a a great discovery, the staff were very friendly and helpful.  They only do breakfast  (plenty on choice for lunch / dinner within walking distance) but it was excellent - very relaxed in a large sunlit area at the front of the hotel. Rooms clean and modern, mine had ensuite shower/toilet section built into room.  Some rooms also have patio areas.  Overall a very enjoyable stay, hope to revisit at some point. Note other reviewers comments, only EC card or cash accepted.

Great family-run hotel in a charming area by the lake

The spa facilities were good and location near Bodensee was very good. Half board was excellent and made the stay very good value. Quirky decor made this hotel very appealing, very friendly service.

Only negative was that there was no aircon so I was too hot at night and could not sleep. Also note that they don't accept credit or debit cards.
