The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a fresh egg every morning. I was there because my husband had suffered a serious injury while we were on a Viking tour and was in a hospital in Speyer. The staff at the hotel was kind, the location was convenient to hospital and to the downtown area. Not the best way to experience Speyer, but the accomodations provided me with safety, kind people, and a good location
