We enjoyed our stay at the fox hostel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a great location very close to rustaveli metro. The room was nice and clean. The roof top is relaxing. It just needs to get cleaned once in a while and the furniture on the terrace is in very poor condition. I can recommend the place. 

Nice and central place to stay 

The owners are not really friendly or helpful. Don't want to talk or give any advices. The room was ok - really dusty! Cats are everywhere and so are cat hairs. 
we had a double room with bathroom. And our friends booked a room as well with a bathroom. Finally we got both rooms which where next to each other. To excess the barthroom one had to enter the double room first!!!!? NOT NICE?! Warm shower just for the first two people in the morning. 
The guest house is quiet outside of the city center. 
Sum: Way too expensive for what you get!
