Both me and my boyfriend had high expectations upon arrival, considering the decent price we paid (60 GEL per night), but ended up being disappointed shortly after. 

The room was okay (not very cozy though), and we had to make the beds ourselves as no linen was put on it.

The staff was not that friendly towards us, and the dinner we got served was also disappointing. All in all a bad experience. We regretted that we had booked the place for two nights.

Not a good experience

The hotel is in a great location in Signagi, Kakheti. It's close to all the shops and restaurants, which gives you plenty of options. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the photos of hotel don't give you reality of an old, dilapidated building, no elevators (I had to bring my luggage up on the 3rd floor myself), the heater doesn't work, (the room doesn't reek of any smell but) the carpet is damp, toilet seat and shower head are broken. 

The walls were thin that I could hear the party downstairs until 1:00 AM and the couple in the next room having intimate relations. I couldn't sleep until late. 

Lastly, breakfast was poor with stale bread, tasteless cold cuts and cheese. 
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible hotel, not even a 2-star

The hotel is centrally located in Signagi, which is ideal and in close proximity to a museum and other tourist attractions. Irma, the receptionist was warm and welcoming and ever willing to help us as we were travelling with our 3 year old daughter and she is very picky about food. If not for Irma's help we would have struggled with food for our daughter, especially breakfast which was sad. 

This is where the positives end. 

1. The hotel doesn't have a lift, so we had to carry our bags to the first floor
2. No phones in the room, so every time we needed something we had to walk down to the reception 
3. No electric kettle or glasses or tea bags were kept in the room. 
4. Breakfast was by far the worst we've ever had. As you can see from the attached pictures, they only serve, Georgian bread, butter, jam, yogurt, boiled egg, ham, sausages and tea/coffee. In comparison the hotel we stayed at in Tbilisi had an excellent spread of food that included all of the above and more.

Terrible breakfast but decent budget hotel

The hotel is located centrally, just at the main square and it's location attracts guest, but what you get, is old, damp hotel room full of flies! Noise isolation is very bad and therefor it's noisy. Breakfast was very poor. Terrible
