This guesthouse offers three apartments that are very well equiped and even have a terrace. The owners are the most friendly and helpful people, they offered us a bottle of homemade wine upon arrival. Parking space is available and the center of Borjomi is on walking distance.

We spent one night in this wonderful guesthouse. The rooms have enough space and are well equipped. the breakfast was tasty and copious. I would strongly recommend this place.
The owners speak fluent English, which is a big plus

Nice rooms and very friendly owners 

This guesthouse is well located within easy walking distance of the town centre and close to the river.  The accommodations are four side-by-side units down a little alley way which leads from the street.  There is a nice lawn in front of each unit and an area to sit outside.  While the owner does not speak English, her children do and they helped us arrange for a taxi transfer for the next day.  The unit itelf is modern with a little sitting area and a kitchenette.  Very clean and very good value.  Recommended

Short but very pleasant

There are plenty of places to stay in Borjomi and we chose well! We arrived early and were able to check-in to one of the rooms (all the others were taken). The owner spoke little English but a phone call to her daughter who spoke excellent English helped with the language barrier. The Guest House is a 5 minute walk from the rail station at the end of the line at Borjomi Park or 25 minutes from Borjomi station where the connects with the tourist narrow gauge railway to Bakuriani. The rooms are well appointed with a fridge, a gas hob and kettle. A table and chairs outside also make this property more than just a Guest House. Friendly and helpful makes this property highly recommended.

Great stay in Borjomi

We enjoyed the location and layout of the guest house. The owners were really hospitable, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a bit earlier and also used our room later after check out (we were lucky as there was no reservation after). If we had more time, we 'd definitely extend our stay! Don't be shoked as the house 17 looked nothing like the picture. But the guest house is actually behind #17 and it's hidden from the main street, which was a pleasant discovery

Wish we could stay longer!

The family who owns it is very nice.
They picked us up on the train station, surprisingly it's only a walking distance from the train station,  minutes walk.
When we arrive, we were hungry and the lady cooked us dinner! She was so nice.
On the last day, they also helped us find a taxi when our taxi that we booked didn't show up.
Excellent stay.

There's just a minor issue during our stay, the door was a bit difficult to lock but it was fine after all.
