My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights and were far from happy with choosing the place to start with! 

Upon arrival you have to sign a contract with the hotel which is in French. They will not translate it for you, you just have to sign. -The room we were given did not have a balcony despite the promise to get one. We could not change room either as they claimed they were fully booked, even though the place looks deserted. 

There was a wasp nest in our room, behind the door, which it took the personnel 3 hours to come and remove. This must have been there for ages. How the cleaning personnel have not noticed it was something we wondered long and hard about. 

The big pool was OK, but the small pool was empty, so don't come if you have children. -Also, there is no toilet paper in the toilets by the pool, so mind the hygiene in the pool... 
-Further more there is no cleaning in the rooms -only if you stay for more than 7 nights (and you only get the roll of toilet paper, which is there upon arrival). 

-The reception area, which is not really a reception, it is an office behind the reception, closes at night, so getting in and out can be a challenge if you don't know the way around the building.. 

The hotel itself is really worn down and looks very old. The rooms are basically ok, but also very worn down. Mind the cockroaches in the bath. There are plenty of them, and before you use anything in the kitchen, wash it first! 

The personnel is not interested at all, and seem just as word down as the hotel. -All in all we had a very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and the service is appalling.
