Broken shower dirty beds! a nightmare the shower is cold and not hot it is absolutely the worst hotel is paris!! avoid!!! i cannog believe this hotel is in business the price is lso outrageous 60 pounds per night for utter garbage 


Worst hotel ever

I would not advise this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a really good time in Paris. The rooms are extremely dirty, nearly having the insects there. Not possible to sleep on the  dirty bed clothes... We had to leave it and find some other hotel nearby. The reception guy promised us not to take money for cancellation after we explained the situation, however, after all they took it.

Terrible hotel and service

Hotel was located across from metro line, which of course is a major advantage as the metro is a great way to get across town. Definitely good for budget option if you want to be in a close location to the city centre.

Great location & budget option

The hotel was overall relatively decent considering the small price we paid for the two nights. Very centrally located with access to everything we needed. The small lobby and narrow, winding staircase wasn't a huge issue as the amount of time we spent in either was very little. Our room was rather small with no real luxuries but that also was not a huge problem as we were out most of the time we were there. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the room, it didn't really look as though it had been cleaned at all. There was still the previous occupants soap in the shower and toothpaste on and around the hand basin. There was dust and crumbs on most of the shelves and stained pillowcases also. As i said earlier though, with the small price we payed (90 euro) for the two nights it wasn't a terrible stay.

Review

I needed a room to spend a night in Paris between 2 flights, and made reservations at the Hôtel Bien-Être. From CDG, the RER train & metro got me to Jacques Bonsergent. The hotel was diagonally across the street. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, but my room (1 bis) was on the 1st floor, and you can't expect 5 star service at a budget hotel. I assumed the room would be tiny, but it was surprisingly spacious. The bathroom, however, really was tiny.

The room was adequately heated on a cold winter night. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. I had a flat screen TV. The free WiFi was fast. Considering I only paid 47 EUR for a centrally located Paris hotel, it would be unfair to complain the towels hadn't been ironed.
