This hotel was booked as part of cycling trip, first impressions were not good, very scruffy  front entrance, the room was no better, very basic with a very dated shower room.
My room overlooked the garden, this is very overgrown and untidy.
The only saving grace was the lady that seemed to run the place, she was very nice and even helped us locate the Velodysee.

Disappointing

Warm room with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed   The staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening meal excellent and great value, Breakfast, good with plenty to eat.
Reception staff not always there, good idea to text or email the manager regarding arrival time, for rooms and location of keys for rooms.
