Warm welcome by Sabine, huge loft with superb bed and huge shower. Great place to stay! Walking distance to all important viewings in Arles. Even the breakfast was excellent. Bikes we could store inhouse. Great service.

Impressive loft at quai du Rhône

There is no doubt that Sabine has transformed these two spaces high above the quay in Arles into a unique space. The decor is highly styled, and perhaps more suited to Manhatten than Arles (and I would make the same comment about the price per night, as a seasoned traveller to this part of France!).
Perhaps these Loft Spaces, with clean lines and decor, large beds in the middle of the room space, freestanding bath & taps, huge double sink etc, are most suited to a young couple on a romantic escape.
However some of the features are strange...the artificial greenery in the rooms being one! For this price you would expect more fresh coffee and perhaps some jars of local delicacies?? 
In fact, there is little point in staying in the Lofts during the day or evening, as the main attraction is Arles itself- with its magnificent Roman amphitheater and arena, performances of young men running with the Bulls (where the bull is the star and never hurt!). The restaurants are good and the city oozes culture. 
Parking at Le Loft is described as public and available nearby...not really true. It's a good 10 min walk to the Parking Central (about 18€/day). It's not easy really to pull up outside although Sandrine is charming and will help.
Overall I shall chose another place to stay on our next visit...sorry, Sandrine, as I can see the effort that has been put in. I think value for money is probably the biggest failing here.

A mixed experience 

Le Loft De Quais is a very beautiful space, with an amazing terrace overlooking the Rhone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. The loft is within walking distance of all of the major sites in Arles. Also, Sabine was a great host!

Amazing views of the Rhone!

1.	Shower is separated from room with glass wall what is impropriate and it was nowhere in description stated
2.	There is no light in the bathroom which would be directed at the mirror 
3.	No mini bar or refrigerator just 1 bottle of water of course warm 
4.	Staff does not understand English except for a few words, totally inadequate and could get any information about anything
5.	Access to the room is a steep winding stairs and there was no one to help with luggage and is almost impossible to go up or come down with a case
6.	It says that there is a common terrace but this does not exist
7.	TV programs only in French
8.	no hangers for coats
9.	not enough towels or any other accessories

Very unprofessional and disappointed.
