It's definitely not the newest place, but everything is clean and the rooms are not very expensive (45 € for a double bed I think). The owner is really nice and prepares fresh breakfast for you himself at the time you want. The city center (if you can call it that in Viljandi) is approximately 15 min by foot, you can get to the lake in about 5-10 min.
