Charmillion Gardens Aquapark

We’ve just returned from a truly fantastic holiday at the Charmillion Gardens, and I couldn’t wait to share our experience! I’m also part of a Facebook group helping others with their travel queries, so I hope this review helps anyone considering this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you goes to Emil, the Front Office Manager, who was outstanding throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make my son’s 6th birthday unforgettable, arranging a beautiful surprise at the Lebanese restaurant balloons, a decorated table overlooking the sea, and the staff singing to him. It was a moment we’ll cherish forever. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and hardworking. The restaurant teams were fantastic, always accommodating guests with smiles, efficient service, and a great selection of food. The theme nights offered plenty of variety, and the snack bars at the pool and beach kept even the fussiest eaters happy! We especially appreciated the relaxed vibe around the sunbeds no early alarms needed, as there were always plenty available. We spent most of our time at the aqua park, which was a huge hit with the kids thanks to the fun slides and lively atmosphere. Our daily volleyball games after breakfast became a fun tradition before hitting the pool! We stayed in a family room in Block 5, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a large walk-in shower, a huge balcony overlooking the pool, and separate sleeping areas for the kids ideal for privacy and comfort. Housekeeping was brilliant, always friendly and responsive, and we were impressed by the promptness of room service and reception when we needed extra items like coathangers, water, milk, or an iron. The beach was fantastic, with private windbreakers providing a touch of seclusion. Snorkeling was a highlight, but I’d recommend bringing sea shoes as some areas can be rocky when entering the water. One of the most fun experiences was the foam party an absolute must! Be sure to book your spot through the restaurant team. It’s packed with fun: belly dancing, fire shows, pool games with balloons, and, of course, the foam the kids loved every minute of it! I’ve been visiting Sharm El Sheikh since 2007, and I can honestly say that Charmillion Gardens has become one of my top favorites. We will definitely be returning!
