We had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Mirabel Club and were able to access the facilities of three hotels, including Jaz Mirabel Beach (though for meals, we dined at our own hotel). The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the drinks, which were well-prepared, and the entertainment provided was fun and engaging. Lots of things to do for young people and families. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic Experience at Jaz Mirabel Club

The experience at Jaz Mirabel park was very good, the food was fantastic the service was excellent ,except the availability of the rooms was not as we reserved.
In globale the experience was great specially for couples and families i recommend it👌

Great experience

We had a fantastic 2 weeks, such a lovely hotel. 
We stayed at the park.

Take American dollars for tipping.
(you don't need to tip everyone just those who make your holiday special)
Take extra hangers.
Plug adaptors. 
Plenty of sunscreen 
You do not need beach towels has they are provided fresh everyday. 
Dinner queue can be quite long but they do go down pretty quickly. 
The locals seem to want to jump the queues but a few words to them usually work 

We had a 14 night stay at Jez Merabel Park and it was fantastic.
The staff are very friendly and go out their way to make sure you have a great time.
We went with TUI and their representatives were great, very helpful and informative, making sure that you were enjoying yourself. 
From the Chefs, waiters, life guards to the cleaners everyone were so friendly. 
The food was good and had a lot of choices.
The rooms were large, clean and the beds were comfortable. 
The entertainment was very good and there was a lot of it, from Pool parties, Aqua Arobic's, Karaoke, Beach parties and Darts by the Pool there is something for everyone.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Wonderful stay at Jez Merabel Park

Placed here at 1.30 am due to our flight being cancelled.
Arrived to welcome drinks, swiftly put on rooms by very friendly staff, and advised the restaurant had been opened for us in the middle of the night.
The room was spotless with a great balcony overlooking pool.
The power shower was amazing, and the room was very clean.
Breakfast In the morning was in a huge dining area where there was a huge selection of food and waiters were very attentive.
Lunch was just as amazing.
This is a huge complex with gym,water park lots of pools and lots of entertainment.
Personally, it wouldn't be a hotel. I would book as o like small and friendly hotels and this woukd be to big for me for a holiday but if yiu wnat a complex with so much on offer that yiu never need to leave it then this is the place.
Woukd be very happy if I had to stay again. 
Thus is the second jazz group hotel i have stayed in over the last two weeks, and they are hitting the nail on excellent customer service and an excellent hotel.
Great family place but a bit too busy and buf for my type of holiday, still 10/10, 


Overnight stop

Couldn't write a review on the hotel TA site cos I did another review at the start of March. Last week of April we returned and stayed in a ground floor room 2 doors down from the previous room, close to the 2 main restaurants and reception areas. The 2 private beach bars were open and 1 served food. The complex was busy, but still plenty of sunbeds available around the pools and beach. As per last visit all staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Gamal, Fathi Mohammed and Wael who made up our spacious room every day. Breakfast finished about 10am in the restaurants, but then a snack bar opened for basic breakfasts to suit late risers. The 34c heat was a bit much for me, so stayed in the shade a lot and the room AC unit was excellent.

Another great week at the Beach Hotel.

Really enjoyed our two weeks on this complex. 
From reception where we were greeted with a smile, and taken to our room, we were impressed by how hard all the staff worked to make us feel welcome and valued.
Our room was cleaned well daily by Mohammad ( a name which will crop up frequently in this review) and we were treated to great bed art.
Service in the lounge bar, main restaurant, and Nicos Italian was so friendly without being too obsequious.
Special mention in the main restaurant for Mohammad, Hamada, and Mustapha on the floor, and Mohammad and chef de partie Mohammad front of house. 
Memorable steak meal on our last night created by Chef de Partie was super.
Can’t leave restaurant review without a shout out for our Chef des Ouefs.
Food was plentiful and sufficiently varied, and the option was there to ask Mohammad for a particular favourite .
Used the Italian restaurant twice, steak was excellent both times.
Hotel was fairly quiet, so choosing sun beds was no problem daily, with a few hundred more if you walked through to the Mirabel beach complex.
Enjoyed the nightly entertainment in the lounge bar, always a duo, plus whirling dervish and belly dancer on two nights. Special mention for Ricardo and Annie from Cuba, super voice and guitar work.
Have never made such a lengthy review before, but felt we needed to do this holiday justice, well done Jaz Mirabel Park.

Wonderful relaxing Egypt

It was really lovely. Staff amazing 👏.  Hands up to Mustafa and Mahonmed who did amazing  cleaning and flowers 💐 in our room. My husband George & I felt loved and well served. We enjoyed this holiday 😀.  I would recommend 👌

I had an exceptional 6-night stay at Jaz Mirabel Sharm with my family, consisting of 2 adults and 3 kids. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade and early check-in, thanks to the amazing reception team. Our spacious room overlooking the pool was perfect for our family. We dined at La Fattoria restaurant, where the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Mariem welcomed us with a smile every morning, while Mr. Mohamed entertained the kids. Moustafa and both Osamas took excellent care of us, and Chef Attya ensured our culinary preferences were met. The Italian restaurant was a hit, especially with the kids loving the Quattro Formage pizza. The spa offered relaxing massages by both Thai and Kenyan staff, adding to our overall enjoyment. The staff's hospitality made us feel like part of the family, and the warm farewell from Mr. Kadery, the reception manager, sealed our desire to return. Our time at Jaz Mirabel was truly memorable, and we can't wait to come back again

Great choice for family

This holiday was last min got to say it was very chilled the hotel was very nice very clean mohamed cleaned my room every morning by 10am and did a fab job A1 to him will say all the staff was very nice but I will say the boys in the lobby bar staff which I will give a extra call out to is hessan / elsayed / Osama / mohamed / zelad  they was excellent good on them  thxs so much for the fab service

Just arrived home from a week at jaz mirabel beach , hotel beautiful, rooms a good size house keepers are very pleasant and work very hard! 
Food at the mirabel beach wasn’t a five star at all ! Not much selection some of the staff where rude, no plates at tea time , chips in plates and cups, wasn’t asked if we would like a drink with our meal waiters just looked at us and went and asked a polish couple! Sorry to say we will not be returning to this hotel again !
