45 reviewsI stayed at this hotel several times before COVID, and always enjoyed the hospitality and convenience. I stayed there recently, and am happy to report the Acoma is once again open and ready for business. I stayed in one of the suites, which is very comfortable. The breakfast is substantial, with fresh fruit, bread, eggs, coffee, and juice. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the Poncho Plaza market, which is also back to normal hours. For anyone concerned about the virus, rest assured that hotel staff take all precautions to protect guests. Front desk staff were great in providing everything I needed. I am vaccinated, and I felt comfortable traveling around Ecuador. Nearly everyone wore a mask (except in smaller communities), and hand sanitizer was available in stores and restaurants.
