I have been visiting the area of Dos Chorreras of Cajas since before there was a Dos Chorreras business there. I watched it grow from a restaurant, to a small hotel, to what it is now. I didn’t realize how big and luxurious it has become until I visited a few days ago. We stayed a night in the beautiful hotel and ate dinner and breakfast. It is at a very high altitude, so be aware you’ll be affected if you’re not used to it. Our room had a spa bathtub that didn’t really work- the water pressure made it very slow to fill and so it cooled off and I ended up not using it and wasted the water. The Sunday we arrived was very busy, but after the crowd left it was peaceful and quiet.
