Great service for a very convenient price.  Very clean!The personnel were very polite and helpful. Simple but delicious  breakfast. I loved the bread so much that we asked if we could order some to take home. The staff helped us to do that, and  by the time we left, we had the bread ready for us.

Great choice in Ambato

The front desk guy, who was there when we checked in at 10pm and there again when we got up in the morning, was kind enough to offer to help us fix a flat tire - that's the kind of excellent service we received during our brief stay at Hotel Ficoa Real Suites. The welcome was warm (despite our late arrival), the room was impeccable (and I mean spotless), the wifi was fast, the location is convenient (few mins' drive from the city centre) and the breakfast was plentiful (fruit, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, and excellent Ambato bread). Highly recommended.

Recommended by friends who live in Ambato, it was the perfect location for us, our vehicle, close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and central to where we needed to go and do in Ambato and surrounding area.  The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous and varied, and overall great experience.

I recently stayed TWICE at Hotel Ficoa Real Suites with my two adult daughters. We were totally impressed not only with the spotless condition of the hotel, but especially the friendly staff and delicious breakfast!  They were extremely helpful and were even willing to look out for and accept a delayed piece of luggage lost enroute from the U.S. for my son.

Great place!

We arrived at Ficoa Real Hotel late at night last Thursday, and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were courteous and professional. The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean and cozy, the closet and drawers generous, and there was tv with a reasonable selection of channels. The breakfast is great and the service is polite, efficient and agreeable. It was very nice to see the faces of everyone of the staff members everyday. Very warm, kind, and delightful. The only thing I would complain was a lagging internet connection. I think it needs to be improved since it was difficult to connect and use the internet efficiently. I would also suggest to consider adding a little desk a chair and a mini refrigerator to the rooms. It would make it perfect. But otherwise and excellent experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to book a room at Ficoa Real.
