The best camping we have visited in Croatia! Beautiful beaches and nature, good restaurants and kind people. Perfect place for a family holiday. For all recommendation!!! Camping manager Valentina is so gentle and always ready to help :)

Paradise on Earth

Best Camping place nearby Rovinj, our stay was perfect. Sanitary buildings where clean like the whole area.  Super friendly staff at the reception and in the bar at the beach. The sea is crystal clear and the pool area with the "water playground" is great for the kids

Wonderful Campsite

Me and my family have stayed at camp Polari for several years as season guests.. 
You can find everything you need here! Great beaches, pools, islands,  a nice path by the sea for jogging or cycling that leads to the city of Rovinj! 
If you like fishing, there are plenty of fish here, also very nice diving spots around Rovinj!
Office manager Sanjin and staff are always kind and ready to help you in any situation… Marina also helped us sort out some problems with papers that we needed for border crossing during the Covid situation, even though she didn’t have to!
The only thing I miss in camp Polari is a boat pier but a big plus for the boat ramp with enough space to maneuver a boat trailer!

The most beautiful camp in Istra

Wonderful experience of spending days&days under divine sun and along most beautiful beaches of Adriatic. Everything you need is here: top rated service, greatest cleanliness, tastefully designed public spaces (new terrace is so comfy), and above all, good vibes everywhere. Just hoping to be back again.

Exquisite place to be

Excellent! The staff is great and manager always ready to help! It was really nice experience, we do not have any complains. It was so relaxing. Landscape is just beautiful and everything is so quite and peaceful..

Campsite Polari

Service is great and employees are just lovley. From reception to beach bars and restaurants. Also, there are so many things to do through the day. We were here only for a week, but we are coming back next year for sure!

The best holiday

Stayed here with family (2 adults, 3 kids) for 2 weeks in August. Booked via Canvas and stoped in a tent lodge (basically a tent but with wooden flooring and a raised seating area outside.  Site is very large with a mix of accommodation types.  

Pools were clean and kids spent most of the days in them - you have to pay for a sun bed and umbrella, which a lot of people have moaned about, but it’s actually quite nice as there are always sun beds available and you don’t have the usual suspects bagging sun beds and leaving them empty all day.

Site facilities are good, only negative I’d say is the cost of goods in the supermarket is quite high - we had no car so made a couple of trips to local supermarkets in Rovinj (about 3 miles), once on foot and the other time I hired a scooter.  If you are going to hire a scooter or bikes do not hire from the site, there is a vendor just outside of the site - literally 3 minute walk - and their prices are so much more reasonable.

Good entertainment on an evening, restaurants were good, drinks were ok, ice creams a bit expensive.  Fresh bread and fresh vegetables are sold all day on site.

We hired a pedals slide boat  and you can hire all kids of other water based items - paddle boards, canoes etc. 

Now the cleanliness of the dreaded toilet block can make or break a holiday - and this one was exceptionally well maintained, I don’t think I saw it not being cleaned at any one time. Huge credit to the cleaning staff.

So overall a great place to stay, just be careful if you are getting taxi from airport, we were jumped on when we arrived and were quoted 750 kunas (about £90) for a one way trip.  After some pretty unpleasant discussions, a nice chap said he’d take us for 450 kunas (approx £53), and we booked him for the way back too.  Might be worth seeing if your travel company can arrange the transfer for a better rate.


Ticks every box

Went for two weeks with my sisters and parents. Lovely hot weather reaching 30 degrees centigrade easily most days. We stayed in a tent lodge with canvas which was quite clean and tidy when we arrived.  Our nearest toilet block was just on the other side of the road. There was always a woman cleaning up the showers, washing up place and toilets. The tent in general was affordable with two rooms one with a double bed other with bunk beds and a single bed. The whole tent had wooden floor/ decking all the way through. There were 3 larger pools and two kids pools with a pool bar next two. You could hire sun loungers each day with a parasol if you wish. There were lots of places to get snacks and ice creams around the pool and a variety of restaurants. We hadn’t brought our car as we travelled by aeroplane so we walked to Rovinj the nearest town to do a big shop but there are other ways of getting there such as buses and boat taxis and normal taxis. I do think the shop on site was overpriced as well as some of the food and drinks sold. 


Fun in the sun! 

A very nice and well maitinenced campsite with lots to do for the kids. Bus, taxi or taxiboat to Rovinj is the options if you want to visist Rovinj. There are some supermarkets and fruitstands on the campsite. Nice and quite in the evnings.
