Really horrible place. Stay out of there unless you are ready to be in a an apartment for 150€/night with patches all over the walls and banging German techno 24/7. The owners showed absolute lack of flexibility. We were forced to pay by cash immediately, if not they threatened us to throw us out of the apartment. The pool was much smaller than on pictures and occupied by German adolescences eating and smoking inside! Absolutely disgusting!!! The apartment was dirty, there was actual broken glass on the floor, when we reported this, the host laughed an said they can’t check everything. The walls were badly patched, nothing like on the pictures. We were declined parking at first, only after arguing we could park under our apartment. For this price really do stay away and find another place in Novalija.

Stay away!!!! Horrible place!

One of our biggest problems with the property was the fact that 1 of the so called bedrooms was the size of a closet and had bunk beds in it that 2 adults where supposed to be sharing for a week. we tried to move rooms right away but it was fully booked so we had no choice but to stay there. the second problem was the balcony. We got given a ground floor room and the balcony was accessible to anyone as it leads out onto the main car park that anyone could walk into. we also had no hot water in the room expect from the first day and then it got fixed on the last day when we had to leave. Once we arrived to check in the hotel didn’t even have a chip and pin machine for us to pay the outstanding balance so we had to withdrawal our daily limit from ATMS each day which also charged us a fortune and until we paid the full amount the staff refused to give us clean towels. We went nearly 4 days without clean towels in the apartment even tho most of the balance was paid by the second day. They also made a mistake with the deposit, we paid a 20% deposit of £300 before we arrived and they tried to charge us the full amount of £1500. I had to show the staff my bank transactions on my internet banking that we had paid the deposit and they finally realised and apologised. the pool area was also very small and we got told we couldn’t have any drinks at the pool because there was a party the night before and it was to loud. There was also no sun loungers, Chairs or tables at the pool. Overall our experience of ville Sunca was very poor and we feel it is overpriced for the standard we received.

Staying at Ville Sunca was absolutely wonderful. Our water view condo was amazing.  It was like we were at a spa.  Everything was clean, tidy and the staff was always there to help with anything we asked.

Had the best time staying at Ville Sunca with my friends for Hideout Festival! The apartment is in a great location, was absolutely spotless & the team were brilliant so helpful & friendly! Will hopefully be returning next year :)

BEST HOLIDAY EVER

I am sooo happy we chose these apartments to stay in for our trip to Hideout Festival in Croatia. Not only were the apartments clean, fresh and in a great location....Robin and his team were beyond helpful with everything, incredibly warm and very welcoming. We had the best time here...the apartments are located right near the beach and near lots of restaurants. Ville Sunca was the most perfect place to stay, better than all 8 of us could ever imagine...Robin and team we love you and we thank you!!!!!

Ville Sunca hands down the best apartments ever....Robin we love you!!!!!!!

We were 5 people in a two floor and very fancy apartment. We could fit in it perfectly, actually it was space enough for 2 people more. The views from the terrace were very beautiful.
Well located, in Novalja, in the center of Pag, we could go everywhere just in a few minutes by car. There is also a bus stop pretty close ( 200m more or less), which is very helpful if you wanna party a lot.

The service was the best of all. Ms. Vlatka was very friendly and helped us a lot giving all kind of tips and information to enjoy the island. She was available all the time.

Definitely, I would recommend this accommodation.
