Although I did not get the opportunity to stay at Villa Ana due to late flight cancellation, I feel that I would like to commend the owners on dealing with a full refund so promptly and without any issue. This tells me a lot about the integrity of the people and hopefully I can make it back to visit them when things return to normal. Many thanks for your help and for being so corteous
