The property was very nice, located in a safe area, the bed was confortable, the rooms are small and don't have anogh space to put your luggage, this was the only thing they can improve, great hotel for the price.

Great place to stay, clean and in a convenient location. The rooms are small but cute and has all the necessary things.

The bathrooms had the worst small it’s as if the sewage Oder was exiting through the toilet. The men at the front desk were absolutely rude and unpleasant.. not welcoming at all….the nicest person there during the week we stayed was housekeeping especially Christina she was absolutely pleasant and helpful.

Pool was closed due to permitting. This would have been nice to know in advance. We may have booked somewhere else had we known ahead of time. Outside of this everything else was good. Great location. Great staff most spoke enough english to assist. Security was attentive and friendly. Gym was nice, Bar was hit or miss on if it was open.

The property had wonderful staff and were very prompt with requests. The rooms were a little bit on the small side, but who goes on vacation to stay in the rooms? The WiFi was a little slow on the phones, but thankfully it was fast on my laptop. The area has a lot of nice restaurants, there’s a mall down the road from the hotel; it’s called Monterey Mall, which is cool to just walk around. Overall, my experience with Heiss Hotel was unforgettable.

Heiss Hotell in Medellín exceeded my expectations! The modern design, spotless rooms, and top-notch amenities made for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist. Its prime location offers easy access to the city while providing a peaceful retreat. The Heiss Hotel is such a beautiful place. Very close to lots of amazing restaurants and attractions. Luckily for me the hotel recently completed the construction of their new rooftop restaurant, bar, lounge, pool and gym which provides an incredible view of the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are pretty small but it was perfect for a solo traveler as myself.

I been visiting and Living in MedellínBogota for 11 years stayed in many hotels and I can definitely say this hotel was a really good place to stay. I just spent a week at this place and I would stay again. I basically just used to sleep as I was out visiting friends and places. But a place to relax comfortably.

Honestly, the only thing I can complain about is that the shampoo & conditioner are combined into one.. and I think that being the only complaint provides a pretty outstanding review for how great this hotel is. I'm very happy; it was well priced, is in a very nice and walkable area, the staff are helpful, the room is very clean and nice, and the cafe downstairs is great for a coffee

I had a fantastic stay at The Heiss Hotel! The location is unbeatable—just seconds from amazing restaurants and bars, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the noise. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, making the experience even more memorable.The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the hotel itself was spotless. I also appreciated how easy it was to get in and out, with plenty of elevators to avoid long waits. While the room was quite small, it was perfect for me as solo traveler. If you're traveling with someone else, you might find it a bit tight, but the overall experience more than makes up for it.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, clean, and well-managed hotel!

The hotel was in a great location nearby many restaurants, shopping and attractions in Medellín.The room itself was clean, organized and good enough for two people.The front desk was helpful with whatever we needed suxh as a shuttle to the airport or even an umbrella. The housekeeping was great and kept our room nice and tidy.

I had a fantastic time! The junior suite is beautiful. The view from the large balcony was amazing and having the little kitchen was convenient. The space had a great amount of natural light which I really appreciate. The staff made my stay even better. Most frequently I interacted with a front desk person, Emilio Gomez. When you think about customer service, he went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I plan to return to Medellin soon and cant wait to stay at the Heiss Hotel again.
