Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights. We were originally supposed to stay for 3 nights, but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay with a week. The hostel has the perfect location, right next to the beach and with a private dock at the shore. The garden is perfect to hang out in or relax. It’s a very relaxed and chill atmosphere. When we stayed at the Las Velas, there was only one man working by him self the entire stay. His name is Ari and he is totally amazing. He made us breakfast, helped us with were to go for day trips, booked us cabs and SO much more. He speaks English fluently, so it’s not necessary to use your perhaps crappy Spanish, as ours is. He is working 24 hrs with cleaning, check in and everything. Talk to him about his story, he is amazing and made our stay so much better! Thanks to him we had a perfect stay.
