Sentosa Biz Hotel

We stayed here after a cruise on the Yangtze and before a train ride back to Nanjing. The only real complaint was that it rained which can hardly be blamed on the hotel. It is not a 5 star but you are not paying for 5 stars.  It is a decent solid place.  Lots of stuff within walking distance and a short taxi to the night market.

The train to Nanjing (which continues to Shanghai) was great. Fast, clean and interesting things to see.

Very good hotel .Nice helpful and chatty  staff.Rooms very tidy and clean. Bottled water  in fridge .
I was on the 18th floor ,fantastic veiws Though the smog was a little thick at times in the city but thats not the hotels fault , I would definately recommend them and would definately go back.Very central,half a block from main central road .Very reasonable tarriff,cant get a motel in NZ for that price .Dont know about the wifi or internet I was there to visit and enjoy the country

I found the Sentosa Hotel from searching the Ctrip site... We found the Hotel to be very comfortable and reasonably priced . We arrived on Xmas Eve and the celebrations for Xmas were surprising, as I was led to believe that the Chinese do not celebrate Xmas to a great extent... however the Hotel had a Xmas Eve banquet , that was to die for... hehehe... The food was fantastic... The Maitre D spoke good English & the staff were very attentive & happy, always smiling and always prepared to do what ever was needed to make us feel comfortable ... The next day we had breakfast here and ..once again the standard of the Meals &  the food presentation was excellent.. 
The Suite we had on the 22nd floor was also great.... very comfortable Bed.. the housekeeping staff were superb...always willing to answer any requests that we had...

Only one thing that we found was the HBO channel on the TV was poor... maybe that was because of the inclement weather, as the temperature was a Low 9 du...each day.... and overcast...but we still took the time to venture out and look around the Artistic Centre, the Yellow Crane Tower, and of course some shopping..
We found that the shops were reasonably priced.... 

The quality of fruit and vegetable was better from the small local shops rather than the larger Supermarkets...and the Locals were always so friendly and even one shop remembered my cigarettes after my first visit... I was impressed with the Elderly lady ..that she had such a great memory... hehe

Over all....the Visit to Wuhan & also the Sentosa Hotel was 9/10.

Great Hotel

Very Central to all areas of Wuhan

£20 per night you can't go wrong. Rooms smelt a bit of smoke, not too bad though. Short cab ride into town.

Cheap, good value, average hotel

The rooms are horrible. The shower drain didn't work and the drywall was coming down.  The carpet was filthy and the room just needed a complete overhaul.  

There were signs for a gym, but no sign of a gym.  Couldn't find it anywhere and I asked but employees couldn't figure out what I was asking.  

There's no bottled water in the room which is surprising as I think it is the first hotel I have stayed in within china that didn't offer it.

The Chinese restaurant was horrible but the Japanese restaurant was actually really good.  Decent sashimi and pretty good rolls.  

The saving grace from getting a one star was that the hotel is actually in a pretty decent location right downtown and near a nice park.

I was there for business so I can't comment on the pricing because I didn't see the amount but I sincerely hope they didn't pay too much for it.
