This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at the Pullman Chang'an, on every occasion the service has been exceptional. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The room, restaurant and facilities are excellent. The hotel is positioned very well for dealing with local businesses in Chang'an, however area is not a holiday destination.

This hotel is very new, the room size is great, and service is wonderful if you are looking for a 5 stars hotel in Chang-An during your business trip.  The only bad thing is the location.  Breakfast is great, but could be improved.  This hotel has all of 5 stars facilities and you won't be disappointed.  I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
      

Best 5 Stars Hotel in Chang-An

The rooms are quiet, well decorated, cool and calm.  There's space to relax, a good shower unit (mind the low bar on the way in) and a decent range of bathroom accessories.  The location is ideal for the local sports park and Nancheng in general.

room interior is high quality,environment is quite.
breakfast is good,only issue is crowded on Sunday,and service a little bit slow.I could not get coffee cup for my drink.The coffee cup storage area was empty.
one more issue,foot massage room has no air conditioning,that made me feel cold all the way.too bad!

Reception staff are very friendly. The room is clean and spacious and provides Internet access. But there are no tips on how to operate the air conditioning. When I turned off the lights , the air conditioning also went off.
