We have had a great stay at our cottage. It all started with a surprisingly big cottage, much more space than comparable offers in and around las termas de Chillan. We had initially reserved a cottage + a double room in the hotel. But seeing the size of the cottage we spontaneously decided to cancel the double room. This was no problem, we were not charged a single peso for the last minute cancellation! The cottage: we had the biggest one (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Very spacious: large rooms, nice couch area, big table, American kitchen. The bathrooms are a bit small, but it was ok. Everything clean and in very good shape. Also a “Parilla” to have a barbecue at the cottage, very convenient. The place: nice and clean pool to refresh in the summer months. Also a hot tub available that is charged extra. A playground for kids, everything fine. The service: very good and attentive, sometimes a bit too good (intrusive) when it came to refilling the stove with wood. But anything we needed was taken care of. We will definitively return and absolutely recommend this place!
