30 reviewsThe hut was amazing. Good rooms and good space. Always warm, clean and with varanda. They had a barbeque place and a garage with ceiling. The kitchen and material were also very nice. The pool was frozen but we enjoyed everyday the jacuzzi that needs to be paid apart. The lovely dogs were always playing around. A lot of nature on the neighborhood. The restaurant was fantastic to have dinner and the staff was incredible, specially Dani. Jaun who is the other owner prepared the food and from the restaurant it can be seen. Awesome (local) food. Near the ski station. The breakfast is also very good. Simple, but with a lot of options.

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Please note that for tax exemption foreign travelers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country. Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. |
