Thank you Greg for making this a perfect rest for Gary and myself.  Your home is so beautiful and inviting.  The Christmas decor was gorgeous and our room was lovely.  The breakfasts were perfect and you are so engaging. Although only less than an hour away from home,  it was the perfect place to get away.  We hope to be able to see you again.   Hugs 

A wonderful rest

My wife and I had the lucky opportunity to stay at the Gregory on the 26th and 27th of August.  It was our first visit to Exeter in 60 years.  I had decided to do some research on my fathers family history.  When Greg heard that was the purpose of the trip, he kindly arranged for us to sit down with a local historian, Jo Bowen.  She was knowledgeable and helpful.  Gregs knowledge of the area and his connections were an aid to all we wanted to do.  The house is incredibly clean, and Gregs cooking will bring you back for more.  If you can, enjoy his French toast, or omelettes.  The food was memorable to say the least.  The room was very comfortable and clean.  Thanks again Greg for the great stay.

Great Stay

We have been visiting Greg for the last 6 years, We just returned last night, and cannot wait for next year! The place is charming, food is excellent, and the host you couldn't ask for anyone better, Greg is a very nice person and the moment you enter his place you feel so welcome, Greg will love you very much.

Feels Like Home Every time We Are There

I have stayed at The Gregory twice in the past month and had an excellent experience both times.  Greg is a very welcoming host, personable, knowledgeable, and focused on service.  The house is tastefully decorated, and the rooms are charming and very clean. The two rooms I stayed in have well-supplied ensuite bathrooms - one with a shower enclosure, the other with a tub/shower combination.  Breakfasts were creative and delicious - I'm looking forward to whatever will be served during my next stay.  Greg is very accommodating for arrival times, dietary requirements, and scheduling breakfast to meet your needs.  The Gregory is a gem for Exeter, and highly recommended!!

Oasis in Exeter!

The Gregory is a one of a kind experience that beats any hotel stay. If you are in the Exeter area, I highly recommend you stay here.  The rooms are immaculate and the bed is extremely comfortable. If you like a taste of old, mix in Antiques with an accent of modern, you will love the Gregory.

The host, Greg, is exceptional. Articulate, has a knack for attention to detail and is an amazing cook. In two days, I was spoiled. When I returned home, my wife and I went shopping to buy ingredients to try Greg's French Toast.

Forget a hotel, you really want to stay here.

Stayed at the Gregory for 6 nights! Greg is an excellent host! We had lots of great conversations. The food was fantastic. Our room was lovely. Everything is clean. You just couldn’t go wrong staying here! You will feel well cared for!

My room was very comfortable and the decor delightful throughout the house. I was served a delectable breakfast on both days of my stay, and the host, Greg, was warm and friendly. He was able to accommodate my late arrival and consulted me over the phone regarding my preferred breakfast time. I would definitely stay at The Gregory again!!

Home away from home!

THE nicest B&B I have ever stayed at! Every detail is meticulous.-from the handmade soaps to the incredible gourmet breakfast- all very high class. Very clean and very comfortable beds. To top it all off?- The owner Greg is so welcoming and makes you feel like family!

Greg was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! He is very well spoken about the area and surrounding amenities. A great spot to stay for business or pleasure. Greg's Bnb is truly a home away from home, his breakfast is pure bliss! & be sure to stop in at Gregarious Cravings on the main street in Exeter to pick up some delicious goodies from Greg & see some beautiful antiques!
