Coast Victoria Hotel & Marina by APA

We had the pleasure of staying in the Coast Harbour Suite twice in the last few months, and it is now our ‘go to’ choice for any future visits to Victoria. The suite is total luxury and spacious (well, huge comes to mind). Comfortable king bed, lovely sitting area, a dining table for 6, microwave/coffee maker/fridge/sink. Then there is the bath – gorgeous walk-in shower with a free-standing tub, & a heated towel rack. It was so large you could have a party in it. We travelled as a family of 6 so it was very convenient for all of us to get together at the dining table for dinners, card games, etc. We were fortunate enough to have good weather so we could enjoy the enormous wrap around balcony overlooking the inner harbour. We can’t say enough about the staff, they were all pleasant and most accommodating from the lovely housekeeping staff, the front desk and lounge servers. Can’t leave out the convenient shuttle service and pleasant drivers – we certainly appreciated this service and made good use of it. We only had one little niggle during both our stays. That was the lack of small, simple snacks that go along with the drinks. They do provide items such as oysters, shrimp cocktail, and poke wraps, but these items are pretty heavy if all you want is a few nuts or pretzels with drinks before having dinner. And, not everyone is keen on seafood. We wholeheartedly recommend the Coast hotel and marina.
