Fantastic, quiet B&B in a perfect location just north of Downtown Ottawa -- under 10mins walk to get to downtown core, and B&B is directly across the street from the Natural history Museum. An older home on a lovely, quiet street, my ground-floor bedroom was clean and charming and the full-size bed was very comfortable -- overall, simple and comfy accommodations (I prefer when B&Bs aren't trying to go over the top or be too showy/fancy). A shared bathroom was located between two rooms, also very clean and perfectly functional.Easy walkable access to a host of great little local restaurants and pubs that run along both nearby Bank St. and Elgin St. The owners -- Harri and Siri -- were absolutely amazing -- friendly, open and welcoming, and always had some interesting things to say! But they also fully respected my privacy and let me do my own thing. I didn't get a chance to actually try their Veggie breakfast (sadly, had to work too early during my stay), but if the breakfast is even a fraction as good as Harri and Siri were as hosts, I am sure it must be very delicious, indeed! Overall, for the price I paid and the perfectly chill and relaxing experience I had, I suspect that any future business visit to Ottawa will have me staying at this B&B instead of any of the much pricier hotels downtown.Fantastic value for money.

Perfect location...right in the middle...close to restaurants and shops!!

The hosts are very nice and ready to accommodate any needs that you might have.  I arrived late (about 8:30pm) and they waited for me.  I suggest that if you are arriving later than 6pm call them directly to let them know. The room was nice and the bed was comfy.  I was a little nervous about sharing a bathroom but there were no issues at all. As a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe.   Also, the location is close to many of the attractions in Ottawa, including the Nature Museum and the parliament buildings. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice and Safe

Had a fabulous time with sweetest hosts at this spotlessly clean B&B. I stayed four nights and didn't want to leave. They made me feel so welcome. Location was perfect to walk to all the sights in central Ottawa and very close to many super restaurants on Elgin. Definitely stay here if you visit Ottawa.

What a wonderful place and an amazing couple with a sweet boy Disney! If you want somewhere cozy like your own home, and talk to the super wisdom host, this is definitely your best choice. It's right across the Canadian Museum of Nature, quiet and beautiful street view and neighborhood. 

Not sure where to go and where to eat?  No worries, your kind host has prepared you a list of restaurants and stores to explore, especially friendly to vegetarians. 

Need some wise suggestions for life? You are in luck! Siri has made some lists regarding skin care and choosing The right person. She can tell stories about you by just looking in your eyes and reading your palm! You'll regret if you miss it! 

I'll definitely come back next time in Ottawa. I've already recommended this place to friends around. I'll miss this place so much because of this wonderful experience!

A place like home with your beloved family

Owners were the nicest people ever. Room was clean, though the bed was a double so a bit small. Will be staying here again if in Ottawa.

Perfect in every way , host very welcoming , it was lovely !

This was a nice getaway in a clean, comfortable single room with a beautiful treed view. I slept well in quiet environment. Had access to kitchen microwave, upstairs tea station. Spa treatments available. Welcoming hosts accommodated scent-free needs graciously. Gorgeous house, fabulous Museum lawns across the street, convenient walking distance to shopping, restaurants.
