Everything was so wonderful when we got to Kingsville. The check in went smooth. Getting around the town was simple. The room itself was quite cute and was perfect for our needs. The restaurant below was busy and the noise never bothered us. We went in and out quite often and was greeted each time. We ate lunch there and it was Delicious. 
The location is perfect to the beach and park. 

A wkend getaway

Love  visiting Kingsville & staying a with the hotels of Kingsville Indulgence. We start with BGB & an appetizer at Jack’s Gastropub, then move on to Banded Goose Brewery, where we plan our next stop along the food & drink trail of Kingsville. You never disappoint. 

Quaint town with big flavours

My husband and I booked a date night in Kingsville which included dinner reservations at Jack’s, as well as staying over night. We cannot express enough the fabulous service we received from the moment we walked in. Jonathan welcomed us and showed us our suite (the Pub Suite), gave us some tidbits about our stay and the area, and provided us with the most decadent chocolates to start off our night.  We then enjoyed a drink on the patio outside by a fire while watching the Christmas parade march on by. We had booked a dinner reservation in the Jack’s restaurant with exceptional service matched by incredible food. The recommendations from the staff to try some of the November specials were perfect, paired with great drinks. But the best part is being able to just walk up to your room at the end of night! We have done this date night before but didn’t write a review. This time we wanted to ensure to write a review to spread the news to others. We can’t wait to do it again!

Perfect date night!

My husband and I decided to take a quick weekend away & booked at The Little heart & Soul B&B.. I have stayed at Inn 31 in the past for a girls weekend & in this visit I looooooved the alternate location! It felt as though we had the whole main floor to ourselves & we even had a great outdoor space to sit and relax! We booked the James Alexander Suite & can't wait to visit again!

Hospitality was terrific. Food was delicious. Service was professional and prompt. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean. Very quaint. Excellent area to stay as we were in the heart of town and walked everywhere.

Weekend adventures

Nice, clean and quaint. Very friendly staff and lots of extra touches. 
Slept in the Pub Suite which is comfy and roomy. Only tiny complaint we had was the room was very hot. It’s cool outside, we ended up opening the windows to sleep. 
BUT we loved staying and would again in a heartbeat. 

Quaint

We had an interior room 12 not so great. The room was modern and decorated nicely.  The bed comfortable and a well stocked refrigerator.  Nice bowl and bed for our dogs. Everything else was disappointing.  To begin, to find the Inn/ hotel I received this text message:

Welcome to Inn15, located at 15 Main St E. Parking is available in the free municipal lot behind our building, accessible off of Pearl St. There is an alleyway that brings you up to Main St. The Inn entrance is the middle door, between Banded Goose Taproom and the Concierge. The code is xxxxxxx. You'll be staying in room 12 that door code is xxxxxxxx. Simply put in the code, and turn the deadbolt. WIFI is DIOKRooms, password is xxxxxxxx. Your room will be ready for 4pm at which time your door codes become activated. Text us back if you have any questions. Phones are answered until 8pm. Enjoy your stay! 

These instructions, since they start with the words that describe parking off Pearl street make it sound like the entrance to the Inn is off Pearl street.  It is NOT!  It is off Main street!  I was so frustrated because I could not find the entrance and the poor wording of the text message.  The entrance to the Inn has no sign on the door. It's between the two restaurants which we closed because of Victoria day.  Google said they were open AND I got emails from the owner touting the great pub food available.  NOT!

A guest host finely showed up and pointed out the entrance.  The entrance leads to a steep staircase to the second floor. Room 12 is an interior room with no windows.  There was a skylight but it was dark, no light. 

Breakfast is not provided which I knew.  One coffee pod provided per guest.  Sorry tea lovers it's not available. Bring your own. I thought the price was too high for a dark interior room. Tissue box had two tissues and no replacements in the room.  The toilet made this weird gushing sound after flushing. I h it was a pump to bring water up to the toilet.  The TV only picks up over the air broadcasts so not many good options. CBC news would never tune in.

There are better options in town than room 12.  Cute town, great location.
