Our second stay and love it. It is so so quiet and smack in the middle of downtown. Staff are all so friendly and accomodating. Rooms are large, modern, comfy and clean. Bathrooms are large with nice flowing showers. Lots of lighting if you want it and not dark and dingy like other places.  Bathrooms have easy 
 access of toilet and shower for our handicapped family member who uses a walker indoors. We bring our own plastic shower chair to place in the shower. Outdoors we utilize a wheelchair and the sidewalk access to all of the shopping and resteraunts around Park Place Inn means no loading and unloading wheelchairs and handicapped members into a car and driving/parking around a busy town. We will stay again for sure.  Thanks

Park Place Inn Always great

Park Place is situated on a busy street with limited opportunity to stop outside. Reception is on the first floor and no assistance is available with unloading luggage. Having established that limited, underground parking is available via a grubby service road at the rear I found the ceiling height of it both too low to stand up or fully open the tailgate of the car. Once in, the property stank of stale curry. No kettle, cups or glasses were in the room. One sidelight was broken. One table lamp had no bulb. Park Place is not a hotel; it offers serviced rooms and does not do that very well

Pretty Grim

The room was first of all- Immaculate! It was spacious, inviting, beautiful and luxurious! We enjoyed a sitting area which also gave us a view of the strip in Jasper. Nice that there was a refrigerator, table,wine glasses and you didn’t hear guests from other rooms.  The only negative comment is that in my opinion, there should have been an elevator that went down to the parking area rather than carrying the luggage up a flight of stairs.

Beautiful!!

Great place to stay while in Jasper, close to so many restaurants. There is also a secure car park for your car, right in the downtown area, no extra charge! The hotel staff, especially Tony, were awesome. Tony went out of his way to make our stay comfortable- thank you. Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but spotless and comfortable. Would recommend. 

Perfect Location

Centrally located hotel in Jasper with free parking and drop-off area. We stayed in suite A which was spacious with large bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Traditionally decorated but clean and well-maintained. However the room was dark and not well ventilated plus the bedding needs to be modernised. Reception staff were helpful when we were  disturbed by noise late at night. We were pleased with our stay but there was a general lack of warmth and hospitality.

Mixed Feelings

It is a wonderful hidden gem. Don"t stay anywhere else in Jasper. Wonderful room with a shower you will be amazed with. Luxury at a very affordable price. Staff are very friendly. You can walk everywhere in downtown Jasper.

40th anniversary

Centrally located in Jasper. Parking underground is tight for large vehicles. Any issues were addressed quickly. Friendly staff. Clean. A/c in each room. Good water pressure although because handicap accessible bathroom, have to be careful about how you shower or water gets everywhere. Mini fridge. Overall dated feel. 

Good location, good amount of space in room

I cannot reccomend this hotel too highly. A small family run business. Our room was so lovely, excellent facilities and a bathroom I'd happily have installed in my own home. Harwood floors and even a log burner in the corner. Very tastefully decorated throughout and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Greek restaurant next door was very good too. All in all a lovely 2 day stay,wish we'd booked for longer. Maybe one day we will return.

A 2 day stay before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer

Excellent accommodation if you want to be in the heart of downtown. Although our room (Suite A) is a bit dated, it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. There was also underground parking which was perfect given how busy Jasper was when we visited.
There are no restaurant facilities on site, but you get a 10% discount from L and Ws nearby, but there are plenty of other places to eat all around Patricia Street.

Perfect location

We stayed 2 nights during a family road trip. We stayed in room 1, as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 boys ages 12 & 14). It’s a large comfortable room. e we it’s 2 queen beds. The bathroom is roomy as well. The furnishings fall into the “charming” category, it’s like staying at a relative’s home. The signage is fairly subtle and difficult to see from the street, we had to park and walk around to find the address. There’s a garage to park below the building which is convenient, though the clearance is pretty low so we did scratch our trunk when we opened it. It’s pricey, but seems on par with hotels in the downtown area this season. Would recommend if you’re willing to splurge a bit. It’s in a central location to be able to walk to restaurants but still quiet in the room.
