We didn't stay at the Guesthouse, but did eat several meals at the restaurant downstairs.  Right on the main ferry pier in town, If you happen to be waiting for the ferry, you will likely stop in here to wait in the shade.

Good breakfasts at the cafe downstairs

We spend there one night, but was really nice. Staff was nice, room was good. Hostel with great view and terrace. For this price is many worse place on this island. For backpackers I can recommended this place, for us was good.

Stat there if you're a backpacker looking for a bed, if you're holidaying go to another nice resort

- cold showers (standard for koh rong)

Good for a bed 

The Sea House Guesthouse is extremely close to the harbour, just next to the boat stop, and the view from the rooms is simply amazing. The beds are large and comfortable,  the rooms are clean and the guy at the reception was really kind with us. Also the restaurant of the guesthouse is really good. The only things I didn't appreciate were the bathroom (not so clean and comfortable, but I also think that this is the normal standard of the guesthouse's bathrooms of the island) and the noise you can hear early in the morning (8:00-8:30 am) from the harbour and the restaurant. 

Nice guesthouse, perfect location!

Rats, Thin walls, Rude staff and the worst bathrooms I've ever come across! Avoid avoid avoid. The showers and toilets are horrendous (I wish I'd taken photos to show you guys)! I really would go anywhere else but here, I would recommend a tent on the beach over this places! No exaggeration!
