We stayed four nights in one of the tents which are great. The facillities are ok. And that's about it.
The day before you leave you need to tell the receptionist, so they call the boat company to reserve you a seat. We asked the receptionist for calling the company and she said yes, however, returning to what ever she was doing. After a minute I asked her if she will really call them or if we should do it ourselves, what wouldn't have been a problem at all! (I told her this aswell) I also stressed out that we booked a bus in Sihanoukville next day and really need to get this. She responded that she will do it.
Later that same day we met someone that told us he also asked the receptionist earlier to call the same boat company. Three times in total then.
When we arrived next day at the main pier and walked to the boat company that was supposed to bring us back to the mainland, the company told us they are full (last seats reserved in the early morning) and there wouldn't have been a call from Romdul Beach a.k.a. Nature Beach Resort. Even so we already bought the return ticket when we headed for koh rong we had to buy another ticket (12$ per person) with a different boat company.
I wrote an email to the resort explaining the problem and that I expect them to take the costs and pay me back. After weeks I am writing this feedback now.
More over, the food was overprized and the staff at the bar was unfriendly. They started with super noisy music in the morning and brought it up several times during the day. However, not to entertain the guests but to entertain themselves.
Can't recommend it at all.

Reception ignored us what lead to extra payment

I have been meaning to submit this for a while now, I had to let myself calm down before posting it as I wanted to reflect and be rational. Here are the points I came up with why this place should be avoided if you want to enjoy your stay. We paid $180 for three nights stay as we wanted something special at Christmas, and it was the worst money I have ever spent:

The rudest front desk staff member I have ever encountered, always trying to rip you off for more money - Wanted $100 to even attempt to call a taxi boat on December 25th, citing it was Christmas, although there was no celebration on the site or no price hike on the next beach we were forced to walk to. Also tried to charge us for a taxi boat to the ferry point, even though it clearly said on our booking free taxi boat for those in Bungalow. Confrontational when challenged which was unpleasant for my partner to deal with, and the same with me.

No wifi for three days over Christmas to Skype our families, and wanted us to top up his girlfriend's credit to use her phone as a mobile hotspot.

No room service for making up bed or emptying toilet bin. I have had this service in $15 hostel rooms, the cleaning staff all shouted and screamed as they walked around, giving you a clean towel as you walked by them.

Generally very dirty across the site, litter and dirt found everywhere.

Food was generally poor and had to ask for things I had ordered at breakfast twice before they arrived. Food was not tasty and expensive.

We enjoyed our first night there as there was a BBQ, but the staff all continued to get drunk and also got our tab wrong subsequently. 

Honestly I can't stress how poor this place is, the confrontational desk clerk being my highlight of how badly run it is. Do not stay here if you want a good time on the island, there are so many better places to stay as we discovered walking from beach to beach.

Use your head.

The absolute worst place to stay on the whole island - Avoid at all costs.

If you don't want broken toilets that never have toilet paper - DO NOT STAY HERE, If you don't want rude staff who shout at their customers, particularly SAMBATH who works at reception - DO NOT STAY HERE, If you do not want to eat 'local khmer curry' that tastes like curry paste - DO NOT STAY HERE, If you don't want over priced meals 7-10USD, almost double prices of the main koh rong beach - DO NOT STAY HERE, If you don't want loud raving music playing all night even though no one even goes to the bar - DO NOT STAY HERE, If you want WiFi to be provided - DO NOT STAY HERE 
Such a shame as the waters and location are beautiful - thanks natural beach for making the terrible service bearable

Very poor customer service and hygiene 

Food is overpriced and the only place to eat is the restaurant on-site. If you want cheaper food and accommodation better off near the main port, especially if you like the partying scene. 
It's a beautiful quiet beach, good for relaxing and just reading. Coconut Beach is a 25 minute walk on the trails near the restaurant.

Nice secluded beach not much else though

If you want to get some rest and enjoy an empty, clean and quiet beach, that's the place to go! they have their own restaurant and bar which are not that bad. But you are far from everything. Bungalows are not that bad, beds and linen were clean and comfortable. There is no vis-a-vis from a bungalow to another one.
