What can I say! We stayed at the Eden hotel for two weeks and we couldn't fault it in any way, the rooms were very spacious and the food was great,
George and his family couldn't do enough for us, such as arranging taxi transfers from and to the airport and even for a little advice on the best places to visit nearby,
The Eden hotel is well located with the beach just a few minutes away, close to the marina, and bars and restaurants,
We all had a very relaxing stay at the Eden family hotel and we will be back again to see George and his family.

Friendly family hotel

Hotel Eden is small family hotel with nice and clean rooms with new and good furniture and beds.
Breakfast is very tasty and a lot of...
Pool is clean, but water is quite cold.
One problem was that I could not pay with credit card in restaurant...
Hotel is close of beach. 
Sitting on the balcony needs to be replaced, the chairs are very uncomfortable...

Very good hotel

This family run hotel was fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for you.  Room was great, if a little dated, but very comfortable.  The swimming pool, which we didn’t know about, was an added bonus.   Breakfast was good too and lots to choose from for dinner.  I would Definetly go back again.

Excellent hotel

Stayed for a long weekend. Room was large with sofa and spare bed. Bar was well stocked and good prices. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, including driving me round the resort to find a cash machine when we ran out of money. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend and we will likely be returning for a longer trip.

Spacious room, friendly staff

When we arrived at Eden, we were stressed, restless and exhausted. When we left Eden, we were relaxed, deeply calmed and satisfied which is-at last- the result of excellent service and caring by the owners. The room was –except the bed- clearly perfect (Nr 306). The matress is only 140x200cm in this room and very lay out. Really big room with lots of space in the wardrobe and a big couch. Fresh daily towels and bed making included. 
Huge shower and big balcony with a hammock and a nice sea view. Jalousies and dark curtains so no problem to sleep in a dark room. Air conditioner works fine. Having dinner at the balcony was no problem at all which is highly recommended and try the house wine! The quality and variety of food was excellent and much better compared to tripavdisor rated restaurants at the place around. The kitchen is open 8am to 10pm. Breakfast changes every day so a long term stay is recommended. Boiled eggs every day but scrambled egg only every 2-3 days but for sure no problem if demanded. They serve different juices and fresh fruits every day, white and brown bread, common local cheese and ham, kind of bulgarian homemade specialities with feta and also cucumber , tomatoes and small sausages. Not to miss yoghurt and cereals. In the lobby there are some fridges with cold drinks to buy at low cost. Alcoholic drinks are available at the bar almost 24/7 and the barkeeper does a great job at all. The perosnnel is very nice and open to every kind of wishes you have. If you think about changing money in exchange shacks better take the opportunity of changing at the reception for a much better rate. Hotel is 2,5 minute walk from the beach, opposite of the hotel is a small supermarket and a small food shack with big pizza slices for 1€. The pool is nice and clean. 
We enjoyed our time at eden every minute and are grateful for the excellent service and holiday memories and highly recommend this hotel for people who like a calm hotel in a calm area.

Perfekt

Well what can I say what a fantastic hotel run by George and his beautiful family, I came for a week with a group for a fitness week and they could not of done enough for us. The food was lovely and on hand at all times. The rooms all have so much space and really are like home from home,The hotel is in a beautiful spot just a short stroll to the beach and marina of sveti vlas and a short taxi ride into sunny beach for a livelier night out. 
I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and those wanting a quieter spot it exceeds all expectations 😊
