i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach. it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil. the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc. i recommend

Europe Hotel&Casino- it îs a real 4 stars hotel.
 It was recently renovated, it has his own parking which is free of charge .
I stayed here 5 nights and it was super! The best conditions at the pool, at the bar, at the restaurant.
The pool is very big, clean water, sunbeds around the pool, shadow from umbrellas and palm trees.
The room is big enogh, beautiful shore view, you can see the whole Sunny Beach, big TV (french TV, CNN, MTV and other  foreign channels) very good refrigerator, full minibar, new air conditioner , bathroom was clean and has good quality toiletries, shower cabin, very clean, too, bright white towels).
The room is very nice decorated, nice carpets, small wardrobe, plenty mirrors.
The balcony is big, with one table and two garden chairs.
The food (I had breakfast included) is very well cooked (2 or 3 kind of omllets, various cookies and pies, biscuiți, brioche, pan cakes). You have what to choose if you are vegetarian or just picky regarding food (fruits,  vegetables, cereals, 3 kind of ham, chees, olives, 7 kind of bread, 2 kind of butter, not margarine- real butter, Nutella, Jam, milk, youghourt, and many many others, delicious food).
The hotel is next to a top beach, Kiki Beach, you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella about 15 leva.
Around the hotel are many supermarket, restaurants and bars, shopping areas, taxi station and mini train station. By pass, you are în the middle of the Sunny Beach în about 10 minutes.
About the people there, what can I say? All the best for them, they made my  hollyday very pleasant.
You meet everywhere nice people and ready to help you. At the restaurant, at the pool, at the bar but most of all , at the reception.
I had a small request at the check in and they solved în less then 5 minutes. 
Every day the room maides came and change towels, clean the room, arrange the beds, ask if you need anything else.
I would come back there anytime!
I will recommend the hotel!

The best 4 stars hotel in Sunny Beach

This hotel has recently had a major refurb and they have done an amazing job, the decor is lovely and the casino is also new this year, we were in there nearly every night. Everywhere is really clean and staff are polite and friendly and always helpful

Absolutely stunning hotel

I have spent amazing days with my family at this hotel and we are determined to come back again! Our rooms had stunning view over the whole resort and the sea and mountains and we loved it. The rooms were spacious, cleaned daily and everyday we were giving clean towels. The staff was really positive, helpful and friendly all the time. The lobby and hallways were designed luxury with large soft carpets and incredibly pleasant scent. In every room there is a local air conditioner, which is perfect as we could determine the temperature, which we feel best. The pool is large with quiet relaxing music, ideal for swimming and playing with kids. The design of the newly renewed rooms creates a sense of luxury and style. Meals offered a wide variety of possibilities to suit everyone’s taste. There were two cooks who prepared freshly food in front of the guests and during breakfast – tea, coffee, cappuccino, milk, cocoa and different kinds of juices. On dinner time apart from all other delicious sweets and chocolates, there was an ice cream bar available for the whole dinner – for 4 hours between 7 and 11 p.m. The location is perfect – right on the beach, close to supermarkets, clubs, , restaurants, cafes and there were a lot of attractions available around the hotel – for kids and adults and there is a big luxury designed casino right in the hotel.

Excellent Hotel!

We have just come back after having spent 9 amazing days at this hotel. We have chosen it for our vacation for 2nd year. It is an excellent boutique hotel, situated in the best part of Sunny Beach right on the beach, designed in a stylish, luxury and modern way, brand newly renovated with impeccable staff service 24h, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, great variety of food, large and super clean beautiful pool with palms. From the hotel you get right on the beach. On the pool there were large, cozy sunbeds, enough for all guests. The staff were amazing,friendly,helpful and enthusiastic to help and make the best of our staying.  The rooms were spacious, fashionably designed with magical sea view from the balcony looking at the entire resort and the sea. We were at the 12th floor and it was stunning both in the day and in the night. All meals were of a wide variety (both hot and cold) sufficient to please everyone's tastes. Omllettes, pancakes, fish and barbeque was prepared right in front of us among many other possibilities -  sweets, fresh fruits, vegetables, incredible chocolate, cakes, croissants, gaufrettes, cheese, a lot of fillet, salad and a variety of international fusion cuisine deliciously suited to everyone’s needs and taste. I also loved the salmon, the chocolate and the ice cream!
What was also amazing was the unique working time of the restaurant - breakfast until 10 a.m., lunch – until 3 p.m. and dinner – between 7 and 11 p.m.  The tables were enough and we didn’t have to get up to find sit and furthermore, we did not have to be in a hurry for the sunbeds on the pool, which let us fully enjoy our vacation at the hotel.  We really enjoyed the time spent at Europe Hotel and Casino and already miss it! We really hope to come back again!

Stunning hotel, amazing design, delicious food, friendly staff with first class 24h service.

The hotel is fully renovated. Rooms are spaciouse and designed in an interesting modern way. 
Like in every new establishment, there were some mailfunctions.
We were 3 people and got 2 amazing rooms that were connected to eachother with an inside door.
Great outside balconies facing the beach.
Then we realized that there is no water in the shower and the tv wasnt working.
The staff immidately moved us to similar rooms, one floor up.
New rooms were perfect.

If u are gamblers that like a quiet casino, this is the place.
Everything is brand new, very cozy and service is good.

Swiiming pool is quite relaxing though we prefered the beach which is right outside the hotel. 
Location all and all is perdect. Close to the beach, supermarkets, change, clubs and restaurants.

Last night, at 3 a.m, the fire alarm was activated and we all woke up tyo the lobby.
Apperantley one guest made a smoking party in his room.
The staff served Champeign and water to everybody till fire department assured that all is good.

The next day we asked from reception to get a late check-out cause of the alarm and we were approved to leave at 15:00, no extra charge.

So, as I said, some mailfunctions here and there, BUT, and its a big but, the hotel is very pleasant, staff is wonderfull and location is perfect.

It's worth spending your holiday here.

Fully renovated hotel, we enjoyed it a lot

Hotel is nice and clean,staff are very nice .rooms are small , ask for high floors to avoid noise from beach abd bars abound the hotel,Located near sunny beach area and Kiki beach. Very close to the beach area. No need to take full board plan, breakfast and dinner are enough.  Fisherman's village is a must . 


Europa hotel

A group of us visited the Europa hotel in August 2018. The hotel itself is ok, it desperately needs a make over. 
The pool is great, absolutely massive. It is quite cold though. The rooms are not too bad, adequate and clean.
The food is absolutely horrendous but as you’ve probably read on other reviews on trip advisor this is standard for Bulgarian all inclusive hotels. 
The absolute worst thing about this hotel were the reception staff and the bar staff. They treated us like children. As it is an all inclusive hotel, you’d expect it to be all inclusive on drinks too... one bar man (Slavi) said they had no more vodka but continued to serve it to other guests (after he refused us we spoke to a Russian guest who had just been poured two vodkas). Each time we visited the bar for a drink, he rolled his eyes and spoke to other staff in Bulgarian about us, pointed at us and slammed drinks down on the bar. This continued for our entire 4 night stay.
I would 100% definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone until the staff have been re-trained to treat guests with respect. People save up all year to go on holiday and spend all their hard earned money to do so, to be treated the way they treated us was absolutely disgusting.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

Treated Terrible 

I do not reccomend this hotel because of cheap prices there similar guests. We met there criminals  who was very aggressive,  broke bottles near pool, brought prostitutes in room, there they scream, police came and allow them to stay. You not protected in this hotel

Awful hotel.don't visit it


Before starting my review I want to tell you that I been quite a few times to Bulgaria(Bansko, Banya, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Balchik, Nessebar and also visiting places like Bolata, Kaliakra and Tyulenovo) so by no means is this review conclusive for Bulgaria or Bulgarian tourism.

We scouted the internet for quite a while until we settled on a hotel and booked a room for 8 nights in Sunny Beach.

The name of the hotel is Europe Hotel & Casino.

We have selected a room with one large bed and sea view and communicated to the hotel that since we are coming by car we will reach the hotel late at night(23:00 hours).

Days passed and after a 6 hours trip we checked the car at the hotel's parking and proceeded to the reception.

We checked in, gave our papers for verification and took the card to the room.

And that's where things didn't go as planned.

We entered the room and to our surprise, the room did not have sea view.

Yes, the sea was on the right but in front of our eyes lay a small amusement park and other hotels.

To make things more unpleasant, no sign of a bed, instead we had 2 small beds, glued together with quite a big split between them.

We got down to the reception and asked for the room to be changed since none of the things we saw on the site and paid for was there.

But tough luck, we were told that the hotel is fully booked and there is no way we could change the room.

Unfortunatelly for them, I had the idea to search for a room on booking and as you can see there were at least four other free rooms available.

So i consider I was lied to when i was told that the hotel was fully booked.

I asked to speak to the manager but since it was 23:30 i was told that this is not possible and i could see the manager the next day(saturday).

I left 3 messages on the booking app to the hotel telling them about my dissapointment and that i request to speak to the manager right that night(friday night)

On saturday morning i came down looking for the manager and i was told that saturday is his day off and i can look for him on sunday.

So i consider that i was lied again when i was told to look for the manager on saturday.

I went to the beach and started requesting live chat to booking so i can file a complaint and on the beach i noticed that the hotel's positioning did not allow for sea view rooms.

The hotel is perpendicular to the beach and all the rooms face the sea only to one side(90 degree angle).

Days passed(saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday and wednesday) 

On wednesday evening(around 20:30) after chats with booking's representatives i received a message on the booking app from the hotel telling me that they are sorry but all the rooms are like this and they are sorry. 

I responded telling them that sea view was the main reason why i picked the hotel since i wanted to do some timelapses from my balcony(sun rising over the sea in Bulgaria) and that i was very dissapointed. 

10 minutes later i received a phone from the reception asking me if i wanted to see another room but I declined for two reasons. 
1. 5 nights have passed and we only had 2 more days on our holiday and it was 20:30 hours and was tired and did not feel like moving. 
2. All rooms have the same view and even if i was moved to the first room near the sea, my view would still not have been "sea view" 

On thursday afternoon i received a bottle of champagne, glasses and fruits from the reception but i chose to return them. 

While i do appreciate the gesture, i think that talking to me sooner(like saturday, sunday, even monday) would have left me more satisfied. 

You have to understand, this was the first holiday i took with my girlfriend in 10 months or more and i really had some expectations and unfortunately things went in a dissapointing way. 

The second problem was that of the bed. 

We have asked for one bed and got 2 small ones. 

On saturday morning the hotel staff brought to our room some sort of matress, cover to put over the two beds so that we won't feel the gap. 

However, even though we welcomed the mat, all the sheets, blankets, etc were for one bed, not two. 

So they sat awkwardly on the bed, couldn't anchor them under the matress and due to night unrest, they kept coming off the bed. 

The hotel tried to help here but i think that this is another big omission from their part. 

They don't have large beds, just beds stuck together and as much as i want to overlook this, it is not the same thing. 

Also, we noted a couple of small problems to our room or the hotel but i don't consider them capital, when comparing to my biggest problems but i will list them anyway:
1. Coffee. There is no water heater in the room so in the morning i had to go down 9 floors, wait for the restaurant to open and pay 3 leva for a coffee. 
The price is small but the whole process takes time. 
In all of the 4 star hotel i was in, rooms had small coffee machines where you could make yourself a coffee in the morning. 
2. Beach hanger. All beach hotels should have small plasticky or metal things where you can hang your clothes to dry after swiming in the sea or the towels to dry. My room did not have such a thing. I had them in Balchik, had them in Nessebar but not here 
3. The toilet had a small leak so when i was flushing the water it always dripped a little on the floor. 
4.same thing for the shower. 

My reason for giving the hotel review 2 stars is the hotel's restaurant. 

The people there were extremely friendly, caring, the food was very OK and for 16 leva/person you could have dinner from the buffet. 

So, without the restaurant, my hotel review would be just one star. 

I guess this pretty much covers it. 

The first holiday of the year(and probably the last due to covid cases rising) was a dissapointment but i guess when you travel a lot it was bound to happen at one point or another. 

Unfortunately for us it happened at europe hotel & Casino in Sunny Beach!
