– Rooms were clean (!) but... Perfect for those who have no sense of smell (bathroom smells so badly; some canalisation problem) PS. Cleaning ladies were lovely thought
– Breakfast was okay but the same for every morning. No salads (just pieces of a cucumber and a tomato). Mostly fat meat and eggs served in different ways.
– Big, noisy and still running air-conditioner fan (from other room!) in front of our faces while sitting on the balcony (our balcony)
– Pool could be cleaner
– Smell of cigarettes was getting into our room from vent (from other rooms)
– Music at breakfast was hardbass-like; we could help it first morning, but it was irritating at the next ones.
 

Could be better

Dated, basic hotel but clean,  the cleaners are lovely,,,,,,, but the young miserable girl behind the bar could turn milk sour with one of her looks, just asking for a beer caused her to glare at you,  the young lad was lovely and friendly, we actually stopped going back on a night for a few late beers because of her.
Breakfast was ok but abit cold, no fresh orange just a vile purple drink or water,  coffee machine was ok, toaster takes about 10 minutes. Wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Basic

Lovely clean hotel had accident while we were there but the staff were lovely only complaint please sort the ramp out it's so dangerous pool clean and being mopped all through the day if food was done at the hotel would be  better 

Lovely place basic but spotless 

Hotel dated but clean. Rooms clean bedding and towels changed daily unfortunately the shower is a nightnare. No shower curtain and leaking shower head which drenched the floor so had to put towels down.
The young girl who works there was rude and miserable not helpful at all. Such a shame really as the pool is lovely and clean and good location sadly won't be going back.

Will not be returning 

This was our first visit to Bulgaria, on arrival the hotel looked basic but once we saw the room although it was clean it was very dark and gloomy and dated, the breakfast was very basic but edible. Unfortunately the family run staff were very miserable and unhelpful or friendly especially the 21 year old daughter, she would tut tut and roll her eyes and was  quite rude , there was no atmosphere in the place and the impression was that they simply didn’t like anyone ! Not the feel you would expect on your hard earned holiday ! Not once did I ever see anyone smile , we won’t be returning .
Such a shame really as this place has a lot of potential. 

WONT BE RETURNING

I fairly enjoyed the stay very clean bedding and towels changed every day friendly staff will be going back next year pool is lovely bar open 24/7 not far from the strip beach is lovely we went room only shops are right next to the hotel people have there own opinions and like different things we was happy and relaxed

You get what you pay for we enjoyed our stay and will be back to same hotel next year

A great small hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Continental style breakfast  scrambled eggs French toast . Toast coffee and some meats and cheeses. Also fresh fruits.  Enough to start your day. Would definitely  come again. .. never had a problem getting a sun bed. Most people here are returnees so something must be right. Air con first class in rooms. Not 5 star but we loved it.

Lovely Holiday

Don't book with balkan holidays - double landing flights😳😳
First of all we aint picky just want somewhere to lay are heads for the night.
Upon first arrival we thought they had accidently drop us off at the old folks home as a laff but unfortunately there's gunna be no happy endings at this hotel 😂🤣. 
3 lads sharing a room,a double and a pull out bed only fit for a light kid, 2 pallets and a bit of spunge (wish we had taken pics tbh) no thought at all. 
Shower was broken fixed with a coat hanger 🚿😳
No Silly salmons allowed!!! this is a quiet old folks home shhhh.... i mean hotel, threatening fines and police for jumping in pool at night guess they don't want old folk disturbing at night. 
We apologised in the morning though. 
We thought would be a good idea to book breakfast for every morning all I'll say is stay in bed or go else where... 
Food is put out and left to go cold no hot plates
Sausages are hotdogs cut up
Soggy scrambled egg and hash browns im guessing if it's not used it will get re-used 
Beans are just left in a bowl to go cold
Cerials are stale probably same ones from weeks ago
if you made the mistake use the toaster to re-heat you beans on toast add cheese for a half decent meal. 
The toaster was dangerous fixed with a jubilee clip on the heating element 😳 knob romoved so can't be turned up. tight is an understatement.
Someone moaned about pool being cold 😂cmon they don't heat pools up abroad ❄️
Good point it's was clean though and bedding changed fresh toilet roll and towels when required.

Staff need a lesson on food and learn how to crack a smile
Wouldn't go back as the atmosphere they gave out was depressing food was shocking 
We had a brilliant holiday regardless though
 4 star if breakfast was OK.....

Hotel for over 60s only  - shocking breakfast

The family who previously owned it used to be lovely. Myself and my husband visited again this year and the staff were miserable and made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like we were constantly stared at by staff.  Food was left to go cold and very limited at breakfast. The rooms have been left to go old and is very behind with time. Would not recommend especially if you have a family.

We keep returning to this hotel as a good base , set back from the road and  the bus stop seconds walk , big shop around the corner and a bigger one past it and down to the right, busy road cross to go the bars and beach so always use the crossing near the bus stop .clean rooms with kettel and fridge.if you have gone room only you can pay 5lv at resorption for the buffet breakfast just get a receipt and show it to the dining staff it avoids confusion and embarrassment. ( They need to know you have payed)
The bad bits ,yes hard to get sunbeds as it is very clicky around the pool with returning customers keeping beds and thinking nothing of taking your towels off. They clock watch , try using other pools just ask and buy a drinks at the bar and it's ok . There are some hidden gems , it is very wet when coming out ,you have to walk near the edge off the pool past people that have pulled chairs over to sit in the sun. So be careful. There is another way out of the hotel to walk around, cleaners are lovely, as are staff please get to know them . Pool is cold and deep but the manager looks after it well .yes the shower floods but I take a squeegee window cleaner to direct it faster to the drain and an old towel to place just outside the door . Beds are comfortable they have a mattress topper.best hotel for the price,we have tryed others at doubble the price , not worth the extra , when you take into consideration the aria ,price , cleaning, staff. The bad bits are what you get anywhere really , a holiday is what you make it and feel sorry for the ones that just sit around the pool all day and only move for the bingo around the corner . Get out and explore , we find something different every time , look on the web for the cheep eats and use the boats and buses . Get the bus to st Vilas harbor not town and pick up your own boat to nessebar your go further out to sea and see the dolphins look around nessebar and bus back all will cost you 25 LV each.for the boat and busses .
= About £10 ,try pomorie for even cheeper shopping. New nessebar (just before nessebar) to eat . Hope this helps ,
